His communication was always responsive to our needs. We felt he went above and beyond to help us at every stage. Their Legal team headed by Charlotte communicated the steps we needed to take with no stress. I found the staff at Ferndown very friendly especially Charlotte who was very supportive and always at the end of the phone when needed to answer any questions and kept me well informed throughout, not only with our buyers but all parties further down the chain. The sale took a little longer than expected, through no fault of the estate agents l would add and at one point we did think we would lose the sale, and if l'm honest it was stressful at times but she was always upbeat and reassuring. Brian McTaggart was really nice to chat with and very attentive with his house visits. He walked us through the property and also gave us the chance to look around the property ourselves. Also, Charlotte Lees was amazing who managed our end-to-end sales of the property. She ensured all communication was cascaded, followed up with our solicitors with progress and most amazing skill is she was very nice and helpful! I have been a landlord with Ferndown Estates for a number of years now. Prior to joining Ferndown I had used a number of different letting agents and the service received from those agents was what could only be described as, at best, POOR (hence my regular moving on). The service from Ferdown is spot on : - proper vetting of tenants - regular invoicing / payments - regular, fully documented, property checks - efficient handling of repairs - regular communications - all certifications automatically kept up-to-date without needing to be prompted - very accessible With the imminent introduction of the government reforms of the rental market, Ferndown have proved to be a fountain of knowledge and advice for me. June 26 Hi, I am a returning customer to Ferndown and because Google only allows one review per person per business, I am editing the original quote of two years ago, Well what can I say, I am a Landlord and have used Ian and Adam to sell our latest property via their auction method. If our experience of two years ago was exemplary we have run out of superlatives to describe the process this time. From initial discussion the whole process was superb, clear communication extremely well communicated, by all of the team. There was a very clear pride in the employees for working for Ferndown. The process was so slick, it only lasted a few weeks, in total, 22 working days between sale at auction to completion. Unheard of!!! Particular shout out to Enzo, who went way out of his way to help with the day to day queries, he was superb!! This is the second time we’ve purchased a property through Ferndown Estates, along with selling our first home this time. We cannot recommend these guys enough. We almost gave up on our onward purchase due to some difficulty with the sellers however if it wasn’t for all the team at Ferndown, especially Charlotte, who has the patience of a saint and would always keep us up to date on the progress we wouldn’t be where we are today. Charlotte really is a credit to the team, she is fantastic at what she does and made us feel like we were her only clients. We couldn’t appreciate Ferndown enough for all they did for us. They are not Trustworthy for buyers. Try them. Seen multiple properties with them, on feedback, strong offer has been given verbally & written. After that they have no communication with me, but I chased them for week , The Answer I get , specific Agent will call me , but BIG NO. After Two weeks of offer has been submitted, Buyer is chasing the agent, that specific agent won't call the buyer. Buyer called the specific Agent, reply I received after weeks it's has been sold on cash. Nearly 5 out of 4 properties sold on cash? That's not look real? 5th property I seen on end of January 2025. Next day STRONG offer has been submitted. As usual it take buyer one week to chase the SPECIFIC AGENT to update the buyer. Agent reply came it's has been sold. But there is something fishy again that property has been sold on right move end of March 2025. I tried them on multiple properties, result remains same. On all STRONG offers they won't send me any email of confirmation. They waste to much time of buyers. They won't like few people's. They choose there favorite. They won't get in touch with buyers, after offer has been submitted. Please Try them if you need to waste your precious Time. And please don't chase me for that comment, I only write what happened with me as a buyer, after letting them know in December 2024. I know my offers are strong enough and few properties sold less then my offers.

Hi Adam, I just wanted to personally thank you for the outstanding job you did selling my mum’s house. For the first six months we had the property on the market with two different agents. In that time we had only three viewings, received very little meaningful feedback, and the only advice we were given was to keep reducing the price, which I didn’t agree with....Communication throughout that period was extremely poor and, to be honest, the whole process felt like a complete shambles. After a short 15-minute call with you, you clearly explained what you felt needed to be done and how you would approach the sale. A day or two later I decided to give Ferndown Estates the opportunity to market the property. We agreed on a price and your words to me were, “I will get this sold.”Within one month we had five viewings, clear and relevant feedback after each one, and shortly after that we had a buyer. From start to finish the house was sold within around one to three months, and at a higher price than we had originally expected. In my opinion, Ferndown Estates is simply better than the rest. If I were looking for someone to run my own business, you would genuinely be the first person I would employ.
