Staff went above and beyond when I needed a spare set of keys to get into the property I rent after I had inadvertently dropped my keys in a colleagues car in the morning, only realising when I returned home that evening. GoogleI was advised to use this company (branch)!! they made an appointment with me, I then had a phone call in the evening to cancel, I was told they would still look at another project for me, to this day after phoning and speaking to the branch 3 times I have not had anything from them not even a courtesy call. Very unprofessional would defiantly not recommend.

GoogleRun from this letting agency as far as you can. I have been letting shared accommodation for over decade but this letting agency is the worst and discriminatory with no interest in tenants. Their solution for sorting out problems is to get rid of tenants. They do not care at all.
