Wonderful Company

Brad Fisher oversaw my move and was the man in the middle working for the vendor. He was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile when on the phone with him, he continually chased both solicitors and my mortgage advisor, with his dedication he helped everything get over the line, he made a very stressful process a bit more manageable especially as I am a first timer buyer.Jasmine Entwistle at move plus also recommended me a solicitor for my house purchase which thank god turned out to be decent.Cheers guys

Worst customer service

Awful customer service wasted weeks just getting final valuation. First estate agent they booked I wasn't informed luckily I was in. Second one they cancelled the appointment with the agent no one knew why, third I was waiting for communication as to when they would be coming they never did just gave a figure substantial lower than other agents i wasn't informed they would not be coming at all. Got told they struggled to find estate agents to give a valuation. Developers were told they would be out of the office for the week so no communication could be had between them. I have just called an agent who is coming out today with photos to be taken asap to get in on the market. Communication was poor, feedback was poor, lack of consideration for customers overall. The company I wanted to buy from has now lost a customer and their company has lost out of I guess commission, but most of all my house could have been on the market weeks ago if I hadn't had tried to use this service so I have also lost out on potential buyers. Be ready to sell your house at a lower amount to do the move. I will not be using them at all, just think moving forward how it would have been if this is the service so far.
