Frequent updates and communication across the chain

With what proved to be an unexpectedly longer process due to multiple third parties (management companies, help to buy etc.) Brad ensured we were kept updated regularly with the latest situation, as well as letting us know what we could do from our side to assist.He also communicated frequently across the chain (with our buyers, solicitors, developers etc.) and this approach ultimately ensured the sale went through.We would happily recommend his and Move Plus services.

Exceptional service

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Move Plus (Jessica and Chelsea in particular) have taken all of the stress out of it. They continuously kept us up to date, qualified any potential buyers, and chased everyone in the selling process (estate agents, solicitors and buyer). They also liaised with the builders who we were buying our house from, so they really offered a complete service and looked after us every step of the way. They were always professional and very friendly - we would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks very much for all your help, Jessica and Chelsea!

My words seem inadequate to describe the patient help given to me and my husband by Jasmine and Naomi This was at a time when we were in the process of purchasing a property through Move Plus. Unfortunately we were unable to complete transactions as (unrelated Move Plus) our property sale fell through. Both Naomi and Jasmine understood how stressful the situation was for us and came across with sincere kindness. We hope that we can proceed our purchase with Naomi and Jasmine if we can quickly sell our property. If not we will remember those girls for being so lovely - MovePlus - they are great ambassadors for the company.

Use a high street estate agent instead

Unless you are using Move Plus to sell your home for you to move into a new build, & you are not paying the fee I would strongly recommend you use a high street estate agent. The service will be more personalised & of a higher standard for a much lower fee. Initially we had Dominic and Brad on the account who were exceptional. When they moved off the account the quality & clarity of updates reduced dramatically. I relied on an estate agent higher up the change to provide quality updates on the sale of my property. I shared the feedback with Move Plus however they remain indignant & have not taken any of my feedback seriously. It's disappointing that they are not open to any of the feedback provided.
