After being slow to sell, we were lucky to be put in touch with move plus. From start to finish we had the best experience in fact I personally would not have been able to cope without their personal approach and care, the two ladies Chelsea Gunn at the start and then Jessica James were caring helpful and above all professional. The whole team were amazing Neil, Kelly, Nicole and lastly Dominic. They always answer the phone and never make you feel that you’re a nuisance. The team all go over and above, thank you move plus and an extra special thanks to Chelsea and Jessica. After many stressful months we are finally moving to our dream home. Had my doubts about MovePlus, but with moving two houses into one, and something of a push from our builders, we decided to give them a go. It ate into the budget we were given for extras on what we were buying, but I suppose not paying in a way softened the blow, and anything to help what would be a mammoth move was worth entertaining.I don't honestly feel like they made a difference in terms of actually getting our house sold, but it was work they put in between accepting an offer and actually getting moved in, with all of the horrendous paperwork that comes in between, where they, and namely Brad Fisher, came into their own. I don't think we went a day where he didn't call and follow up on some paperwork, emails from solicitors/buyers, and without his input, I don't actually know if we'd be in our new home right now.Whether this experience was down to Brad alone, or if that's just MovePlus in a nutshell, but based on our experience and with Brad, I would recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Move+. I was on the receiving end of them buying a property they had marketed through a local estate agent. Initially they appeared to be very helpful, but when there were a few delays due to the current mortgage climate, I was hounded daily with emails, calls and texts. Their member of staff blatantly lied, trying to apply pressure on me. I was told that the sellers were getting concerned and they would re-list the property if I could not provide them the answers they wanted, this was one of multiple threats that the sale would fall through. I then spoke to the local estate agent who had also been in contact with the seller and they informed me they were not concerned. When I confronted Jessica about this matter the story changed instantly and it wasn’t the sellers concerned it was the developers who the sellers were buying from. As a first time buyer the undue stress that Move+ and the team caused was considerable and in the future if I am made aware they are involved in the sale I will pull out immediately!

Dear Ashley, We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the service you have received from Move +. We understand that purchasing your first home can be a daunting experience and we always do our best to assist buyers to ensure a seamless transaction. You have always been aware that the sellers were purchasing a newbuild property and that due to this there was an exchange deadline in place of 28 days from receipt of contracts. This was was confirmed to you within your sales memorandum and communication from Move +. Having reviewed your file, I can see that your purchase was agreed at the end of May and whilst there was legal progress made on your purchase, we have only had communication in relation to your mortgage within the last 2 weeks. Move + are instructed to update our Housebuilder clients regularly in relation to the progress of their sales and the related chains due to their strict exchange deadlines. As you have exceeded the exchange deadline and we only had very limited updates regarding your mortgage application, the lack of progress/updates was causing concern to the top of the chain that you may not be able to continue with the purchase and therefore Jessica did try to contact you for further clarity of your position. Furthermore, we have been made aware by yourself today, that due to personal circumstances, you are no longer able to proceed with the purchase of the property at the agreed sale price.
