Professional, personable and friendly!

Move Plus have made what is inherently a stressful time that little bit less stressful! We started working with the company a few months ago and were impressed with Chelsea’s knowledge of the housing market. She guided us through and gave expert advice on accepting an offer. She was easy to get hold of and lovely to deal with. In recent months we have been so impressed with Jessica’s level of communication and she works tirelessly to make connections between the buyer, developers and the sellers. Every time we have phoned we have spoken to a team member who has been able to deal with our query promptly and always in a professional, personable and friendly manner. Thank you Chelsea, Jessica and the team - we can’t wait to finally move into our new property.

Naomi was really helpful. She dealt with the estate agents and solicitors helping to move the sale of my house along which got delayed because of a certificate issue.Since I have a very demanding job, the fact that Naomi did a lot of the work behind the scenes meant that I had less to deal with. The weekly updates (sometimes more frequent) were very helpful

Next level support when you need it most!

Move Plus represented the vendor in our recent house purchase. Our main contact at Move Plus was Jessica and her initiative, proactivity and professionalism made the process, which had few complex interfaces, very easy and smooth for us. She did all the chasing involved in the conveyancing process very proactively, taking that burden completely off our shoulders. We managed to exchange contracts within 2.5 months of our offer being accepted thanks mainly to Jessica, which we thought was great considering the complexities involved and the current situation of the housing market. Helpful & So Friendly - Jessica & Chelsea were fab!

My partner Dan and I are first time buyers and the whole process had become so daunting. Move Plus have been efficient, approachable and very competent. We dealt with Chelsea & Jessica mostly and they were both so incredibly friendly and reassuring.
