FAYE WAS GREAT Faye and jess where great.It took nearly 5 months of stress hassle and completely useless solicitors.These two though kept us sane !!! Constantly more or less daily updates whether good or bad or No information to pass on.So communication from both was great but FAYE was the main one dealing with the house sale and purchase both together.I couldn't praise her highly enough she was great and deserves every plaudite that comes her way.Will even miss talking with her as never come across any with such a greater level of service SO REALLY WELL DONE FAYE xx

I had a particularly long and difficult property purchase/sale.Move + really helped us to get our property sold after nearly 5+ months and one collapsed chain.The whole team were really supportive and proactive but a special mention has to go to Naomi! She got us to completion and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.I spoke to Naomi so often, it was like having a chat with a friend! She was very calm and supportive and always willing to try her hardest to resolve any problems. Of which, we had many! Even to the extent of, offering to spend hours on the phone to get a problem resolved!Naomi, you were amazing! Thank you to you and all your colleagues for getting us into our new home!

Move Plus were enlisted by the sellers of the property we were purchasing and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Dominic, who supported us initially once we’d put an offer forward, and Naomi, who managed the entire process once the offer was accepted, were both fantastic in every way. Jessica and Brad both stepped in at times while their colleagues were OOO and were equally excellent. Massive thank you to all of them and would highly recommend their services as they guided us flawlessly to a quick exchange of contracts.

Move+ moved heaven and earth for us

Move+, specifically both Aaliyah and Naomi, were wonderful during a very rapid, time-pressured move. We wanted / needed to move before a specific date and they moved heaven and earth to help us do exactly that. It got quite tight at the end of the process due to our buyer’s solicitor’s error, but Naomi and the team were instrumental in bringing us back on track and completing on time. We couldn’t have done it without them, and we are fantastically grateful!

10/10 Everyone Should Be Using Move Plus

Hands down, the best client care in the industry. Jess James, in particular, was outstanding. Like most moves, our was riddled with a lot of anxiety and stress but Jess went above and beyond for us. When solicitors refused to communicate for days/weeks on end, Jess chased and communicated with them constantly. She provided updates weekly, at first, then daily when the going got tough. Jess is a force to be reckoned with but was also incredibly empathetic and reassuring. Without Move Plus, I really doubt we would have gotten our sale/purchase over the line. Without a shadow of a doubt, if we ever move house again, we will be using Move Plus.

A huge help!

Naomi and Jessica at Move Plus made every step of my experience a little less stressful as a first time buyer. I am very happy that the seller chose to use Move Plus as I think it really benefitted me as the buyer and it definitely helped to push my conveyancer along with the process. I cannot say a big enough thank you to Naomi who went above and beyond for me in the week before completion when it looked like the sale would be delayed. I don’t think I’d be in the house yet without her!

Terrible communication from the start…

Terrible communication from the start to be honest. I am shocked at all the good reviews as we have had nothing but issues. It started off with the agent passing over our details on 6 May and us then having to chase after not hearing from them for over a week. To then discussing part exchange and being told one figure to the next the day the figure being changed by £10,000. We agreed and confirmed we would just double check some figures over the weekend but 100% confirm on the Monday. The Monday morning we then received an email again changing the figure because the “sellers were short of monies”. We then upped it by £5,000 - we heard nothing. I then had to once again chase them for days (whilst I work full time) to be told oh sorry they are going with another buyer. We then received an offer for our property a few days later and were able to proceed down the normal purchase route and offering an additional £10,000 to secure the property and were left for days without answers and having to continuously chase and being told the person dealing with it was on leave. Finally, we had a response that our offer was accepted and sent email confirmation and an ID link which cost £54 and to be told to do this right away. Not even hour later I had a call

Amazing!

Naomi and Jessica have been amazing throughout the entire process of selling my property. Both were constantly providing detailed updates on a regular basis and helped progress the sale at multiple points when things were sticking with the various different parties involved. Efficient, attentive, helpful and friendly!

I've never used a company like Move Plus so didn't really know what to expect. To be honest, I wasn't initially sure what value they would add. How wrong could I be! From the get go they were incredibly attentive, engaged and on the ball. I thought my move scenario was a simple one but stereotypically the whole process seemed to drag. I didn't need to worry though as I had Jess to assist every step of the way. She kept her finger on the pulse and chased absolutely everything and everyone. Being a bit of a self confessed control freak it was refreshing to deal with someone so efficient and who never made me feel like it was too much trouble to answer my questions (of which there were a lot!). Thanks so much to Jess and the Move Plus team for helping me with the whole process. I'm sure it would've been a lot harder without you!
