Faye was an absolute delight and was instrumental in moving the purchase along quickly and painlessly. We were kept up to date, and she was a go between for all parties, making sure things were not lost in communication and that the purchase was progressing smoothly. Faye single-handedly stopped our move falling through after multiple issues in our chain. Faye could not have been more thorough or diligent, and kept us updated regularly throughout the process. Absolutely 5 star service from everyone we came into contact with from Move +.We used their services as part of Redrow assisted move. I admit I was initially sceptical about this, but they have been amazing, Especially Naomi, who has seen us through to completion. So much extra input from her definitely speeded up the sale, as she was constantly in contact with all parties. A joy to deal with. Phone calls always returned, emails replied to very quickly, generally much more efficient than the solicitors!!Just a really excellent service all round. We are very happy with their services and don’t hesitate to recommend.

My move was a difficult one with a very demanding buyer. Louise was extremely helpful and very supportive throughout the whole process and was a great help when buyers threatened to pull out and demanded extra monies etc. She guided me through everything, gave advice and made what was an extremely stressful time that little bit more bearable. As selling my house, as a purchase of a new build we were put on a help to move ( move plus ) as this was the first time in 25 years of moving I was very apprehensive, move plus got 3 estate agents in and we went with the average price, which was a good price. Although move plus doesn’t sell your house this is done by one of the estate agents, they were always their with advice and help which made the whole process a lot easier and would chase Solicitors a give regular feed back, I do have to Say Naomi was always happy and upbeat when I spoke to her which helped keep me calm. I think Moveplus are lucky to have her. All in all good service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

TrustpilotMistakenly spent £70 due to staff negligence
I was forced to spend £70 cutting duplicate keys after being explicitly told by their agent that no spare keys existed for my property. Shortly after, it turned out 5 spare sets had been sitting in their office the entire time.
Firstly it is disappointing to read this review. Move Plus was originally acting on the information provided to us at the time by our client at the time regarding keys. Subsequently we were advised differently by our client regarding spare keys were available, at which I understand point arrangements were made with you to collect them. We have no record of being advised by you that you had paid £70 for duplicate keys, nor do we have any correspondence from you requesting reimbursement or a refund of this amount. If you can please contact us on info@move-plus.co.uk I can certainly look to assist you further.

Move+have been outstanding in particular Naomi Sharman. They took a lot of the stress out of the move. They did all the chasing around for my sale and purchase which was an absolute Godsend as I work full time and kept me fully updated. They also sorted out a great mortgage deal and insurance. Cannot recommend their services enough and if I ever move again I will definitley use their services.
