All the Staff at Market Harborough are very helpful and understanding and kept us informed every step of the way. We really felt they were working hard for us on our move which turned out to be a difficult situation but they were with us every step of the way. We would highly recommended them.

GoogleMy house sold before the photos had even been taken but from the initial meeting to discuss putting my house on the market, to the final moment when completion took place, Henderson Connellan were totally professional and exceeded my (high) expectations at all times. In particular the after sales service, where they communicated with 3 sets of solicitors to achieve exchange when both my buyer and I were hitting brick walls, was exemplary. I highly recommend HC if you want your house sold in an efficient and professional manner with high levels of communication and exceptional support right through to the end I also viewed houses through HC and was equally impressed with their professionalism from a buyers viewpoint. All the agents were very knowledgeable about the properties and went above and beyond to accommodate my sometimes awkward requests for viewing times.

The hardworking team are more than happy to share their insight into the market which has been helpful and informative in our search for a new home. The after care sales team has continued this level of communication which has been essential at vulnerable stages of our selling process. Our property was marketed with minimum disruption to our young family whilst selling our home in good time. With no pressure of the ‘hard sell’ we have felt our best interests have been met which is worlds apart from our interactions with other lead competitors.

GoogleAll the staff at Henderson Connellan worked extremely hard in endeavouring to sell our property and find us our next house. (Which they did very quickly) I was kept updated frequently and nothing was too much trouble. They put themselves out personally to achieve this aim. I felt I was treated as an individual and not just a client. The team is extremely professional courteous and maintain a high standard of work. I would recommend them above all other estate agents and they ensured that a situation that can be stressful actually enjoyable. Every member of this team is a credit to the profession and Henderson Connellan as a business. Well done and thank you

GoogleVery pleased with Henderson Connellan and the crew at the Market Harborough Office. They sold the property quickly and found another buyer very quickly when that sale fell through. They have been extremely helpful given that we were distance selling (my late father's property in Harborough, when we lived 100 miles away) and went out of their way to be helpful when it was needed. The staff are friendly and efficient and work well as a cohesive unit. I do not normally award 5 stars in reviews but on this occasion it is merited and I would not hesitate to recommend thenm to anyone selling property in the Harborough area.

GoogleOutstanding service in every respect. The team were professional, courteous and friendly and were always there when needed on the end of an email or phone call. Nothing was too much trouble and no query to small. The whole process of house sale and subsequent conveyancing is very stressful and nearly always problematic in some way or other at one or more points in the process. Henderson Connellan smoothed the path and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
