Google"The service provided by Bay was comprehensive from start to finish, it was not a fast sale, but I felt that everything possible was done to make the sale, with more than satisfactory communication during selling which continued once the sale was made. I couldn’t be happier with the process."
Thank you, Jon.

GoogleI have always been very impressed by the quality of the service provided by Bay Estate Agents. I stayed in one of the flats they manage on several occasions within the last few years. The flat always looked very clean upon arrival, the agents were always very friendly, professional and helpful, and they always went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice stay. They are also very reliable, and excellent communicators.

GoogleI'm a student from kuwait who traveled alone to swansea, i was kinda lost at the beginning how im going to find a flat asap because the hotels were full, till i found this agency and i am so grateful for what they did for me. It was in September and you all know it is kinda hard to find a flat in the marina at this period of time. So a guy who works in this agency (unfortunately i forgot his name) helped me to find a flat asap with an AMAZING view. Through this 3 years i was dealing with Sophie Grey, she was friendly, professional and kind. Thank you for the good service, Swansea will be missed❤️.
