GoogleIt's refreshing to find an Estate Agent who will think outside the box and look to help whatever the issue by going the extra mile. Bay have knowledgeable, qualified and friendly staff, offering the right mix of professionalism and personal touch. As they are a family run business, I could tell that my property was important to them and my property wouldn't just be part of a conveyor belt of properties. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI chose to rent from this estate agent because of they were a member of many professional bodies. I ended up renting a flat for the minimum term (6 months) and settling my grievances with them through the property ombudsman

As a member of many professional bodies, as you have described, and a redress scheme, this does mean that our customers are protected and have a variety of means of ensuring that any grievance that arises can be resolved fully. The danger of using an unaccredited agent can be that these options are simply not available to the customer. It is with regret that, despite best efforts and hard work from our staff, you did not enjoy your tenancy. We wish you and your next agent/landlord the best of luck.

GoogleI contacted Bay lettings from a recommendation as my previous Tenancy expired suddenly. I rang them on a Monday, they viewed and photographed on the Wednesday and advertised it that afternoon. I had a viewing Saturday and he signed the Tenancy Monday, at full asking price. One week start to finish! Excellent, friendly, faultless, professional service. they will be my preferred Letting Agency from now on.

Bay Estate Agents have taken all the stress away, they have found us the perfect tenant and manage everything for us. We really couldn't recommend them highly enough.
