GoogleMy experience of Bay Estate Agents in the Swansea Marina was when I arranged to view a flat in nearby West Cross. That wasn't suitable for me but the agent who showed me round, Claudio Gomes, offered to take me to look at some flats in the Marina itself. Over the weekend he went beyond the call of duty to show me around and help me make a decision. As it worked out I didn't proceed with a purchase on the Marina at that time but may well consider purchasing a flat as an investment in the future and would certainly go to Bay Estate Agents again to bring that about. GoogleI recently sold my house (stc) in the St Thomas, Swansea area via Bay Estate Agents. The process was very quick, smooth, flexible and professional with great marketing materials. The house sold within the first 2 viewings and at full asking price. Special mention to Claudio Gomes for his professionalism and helpfulness during the transaction. Always willing to put in the extra work and he engages very well with potential customers.
I'm also impressed that Bay Estate Agents offer an alternative to the traditional %-based model and offer a reduced fixed fee to counteract the Purple Bricks model. Well done! As I've been through the Purple Bricks process myself and it's not as good as it looks on paper - more restrictive than it appears.
