GoogleThis company keeps me informed at every stage of the letting process. They flag up when surveys or inspections are required, they find good quality tradespersons to complete the work and keep my tenants informed at all times. Their regular inspections are thorough and give me warning of anything that may need changing soon. If I have any queries they generally answer the same day.

GoogleBay estate is the best in Swansea. Lora was fantastic and she really helped me to find the apartment of my dreams after searching for months. And Claudio manages my apartment, he is very friendly and efficient with any queries and questions. The whole team have been exceptional.

GoogleWent in yesterday to look at buying a new home, Claudio was great and walked me through everything which was great because I'm a first time buyer - we went for a few viewings and he was really professional and friendly and I hope I can find a house that suits me with him

GoogleWe've had great service over the years from bay estates both as letting and as selling agents. A particular thank you to Claudio who went above and beyond with regard to the sale of our flat, not only helping to make the transaction happen but even helping to clear the flat.

GoogleI have been dealing with Bay Estate Agent now for more than 2 years, In rental & sale department, for my son who is in Swansea University. I found that the staff and the management have been very professional and accommodating for all requests. I in particular have to mention Claudio Gomes. He is an absolute professional. He would go beyond the call of duty, in availability, assistance and accommodate all his clients requests. He has that character that would make you feel comfortable, confident that you are dealing with a professional, yet friendly in a simple way. I wish him all the success for his professional career. Thank you Claudio x Sonia London June 2018

GoogleWe have been renting our lovely flat in Swansea for just over 3 months and can only say good things about our experience with Bay Estate Agents. Special mention to Claudio Gomes for his efficient and friendly service. It was a tricky time between selling our house and securing the tenancy but he did everything he could to help us, going above and beyond on more than one occasion. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very grateful to him and the team at Bay. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThis company is professional but small enough to be very personal, I would recommend them to sell any house. The virtual tour was fantastic and the brochure was modern and professional. The personal help from Robin D’Darcy and Claudio Gomez was above and beyond professional and if I had to sell another house I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been using Bay Estate Agents for many years, and they have consistently been excellent. What I have particularly appreciated is that they have continued to maintain a personal touch for all that time. Quite honestly, I have not experienced in any other agency and it makes a massive difference to the customer experience. They are also really friendly and highly professional, and go out of their way to help you. They will try to find something that really suits your needs, not just because they are trying to sell something. I would recommend Bay Estate Agents to anyone who wants to feel like a respected person, not just a faceless customer! Excellent, consistent service. Thank you everyone!

GoogleI am truly grateful for the exceptional services provided by Bay Estate Letting Agents Ltd, particularly the outstanding communication and support I received from Dimitrios and Lora. Their dedication to ensuring I had accurate information about the property was commendable. They went above and beyond by physically coming to demonstrate the property, and their availability over the weekend was incredibly convenient. Their assistance with electricity, insurance, and Wi-Fi facilities was the cherry on top, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a letting agent that truly takes the burden off your shoulders in finding the right property. Their professionalism and customer care are second to none. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making my experience with Bay Estate Letting Agents Ltd an outstanding one.

GoogleRobin and his team at Bay Estate have looked after my properties at Swansea marina for more that fifteen years or so . In that period the properties have always been rented through Bat Estate Agents and always been full . When buying new properties in the future i would always go back to Robin to rent or even sell if that where the case . Many thanks for all the help over the years Paul

GoogleI rented a property through Bay Estates & Letting for the past year. Claudio Gomes managed the property I was renting and was extremely reliable and helpful throughout my tenancy. This was the first property I’ve ever rented so I was clueless - but the amount of support and information I received from Claudio and Bay estates really made me feel at ease. The property was kept to a very high standard and the process was very straightforward. I felt lucky to rent from a very friendly and supportive company and would 100% recommend.
Thank you for your kind review, Bryoni. Renting can be a bit of a minefield and I’m glad you felt that we made the process a little easier to navigate.
