GoogleI cannot fault Cooke & Co, the whole team have been superb at helping me in the process of buying my new home. It didn't all go smoothly (of course!) but the team never stopped communicating with me and advising me on how things were going. GoogleBe careful of this Dodgy people they're very good before you get property from them but when you finish lease with them they only take pay from you i was in the flat for 4 years the first day I move in i report same problem and they haven't fix for 4 years and when i move out they keep my deposit because off that thing please be careful
Thanks for the unfair review and accusations . If you leave a property in poor condition then yes expect money to be taken off your deposit. That’s why we have a full inventory at the beginning . Why should a landlord pick up the bill if you can be bothered to clean! . If we get one star for doing our job correctly then so be it. It’s a shame I can’t give you one star as a tenant who did not bother to report a leak causing damage to the property. This is what is shown in the picture. You know this is staged and in fact this is not the case. . If it had been reported the landlady would have seen to this Immediately. In addition you did not ask for an independent review by the tds which is your right as you knew how badly you left this property. It’s called an end of tenancy inspection and you were warned in advance what to expect and to clean the property properly. I cannot see you think we are dodgy other that we have carried our our responsibilities correctly

GoogleBrilliant service they take care of any problems you might have in the flat/house.. Richard the staff member is 1st class he's polite and carering he will bend over backwards to help you out you can't fault the guy..would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a problem and would recommend the company to anyone looking to buy or rent a property..we have been renting from them for 8 years and can't fault them..if there not already then they are not far off being the best estate agents in the area

But while we are on this subject why the HELL your company was trying to take more money out of me ON COURT DAY Dispit I didn't even know about it until that day?? So much caring for us people! (even though you know how much I am in arrears! ) Threat letters aswel I still got it and will be taking it further. Don't make out your all nice! I am so glad to be out asap!! Ever since I been with your company i had nothing but hell!
Updated on 14th December 2017. Just to make it clear we manage this property for a landlord. We don’t own it. The reason we have responded is you put this in the public domain by writing a review. You decided to act in this way and you don’t like it when the truth is told. Any tenant who breeches their tenancy agreement and is in huge arrears has to be dealt with in a legal manner . This was our landlords wishes. It’s a shame you could not resolve this in an amicable way. I have found out today that the landlord has taken you to court for eviction due to huge arrears , I think you have 14 days to vacate for rent arrears so your review is understandable. One has to remember you can’t expect to stay in a property when you owe massive amounts of rent arrears can you let me know what this is about so I can look into the matter for you . It really was the kind of property you fall in love with and was beyond my initial expectations. GoogleI let my property though Cooke & Co, and from beginning to end the process has been seamless. I was advised what works were needed in the property to ensure a quick let and the staff were both knowledgeable on the achievable rental price and didn't over inflate this to get me to sign with them and they also guided me through the legal requirements needed. I am always able to speak to a member of the lettings team should the need arise and have direct email contact that is answered within 24 hours and since Cooke & Co managed the property in 2008, it has been let continuously with the longest void period being 2 days! A great, honest agent that I have recommended to friends who are looking to let their properties.
