Absolutely brilliant. Particular shout-out to Vicki, who is so professional, hard-working and kind. She really helped me as I navigated buying for the first time - faith in humanity restored. I can't fault her or the rest of the team. If anyone is looking to buy, sell or rent in Thanet, I will always recommend Cooke & Co.

I purchased a flat in Margate through Cooke and Co. Through no fault of the estate agent, the transaction took a very long time to go through and threw up many challenges and obstacles to overcome. Throughout this experience and dealing with some very poor solicitors, Cooke and Co were the one organisation involved that stood out and I cannot find a single fault with their service provided. They were always helpful and did their best to help where they could. I would heartily recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent

What a great service from start to finish. Our agent Amber went above and beyond to help us find our first Margate property. Communication and guidance was the most important thing for us and Amber excelled in these areas. Thank you Cooke & Co Ben and Shev

I’ve had just a wonderful experience with Vicki who helped me complete on a flat. If it weren’t for her I would never have been able to complete! Thank you !

Bought our property through the Broadstairs branch. The whole team were amazing with their support, as we had one or two delays through our solicitors. We were constantly updated re any developments and genuinely felt we could call or pop in anytime. Many thanks to Josie, Tara and Josh. Highly recommended.

Cooke and Co. were incredible. I actually went through three offers with them (I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the three properties I offered on in my 18 month search were on with them, good things and people find each other). Two fell through of those sales fell through with no blame to cooke and Co. but it means I have spent considerable time with these guys and they’re all great. The support I received, the tact for sensitive situations and the empathy, was just unmatched. Thank you particularly to Justin, Amber and Sarah. But I cannot recommend the whole team more highly

So my transaction was riddled with issues, stress, the list goes on. BUT Vicki, the sales progressor is truly amazing. She is so dedicated and patient and without her during this I would have gone nuts. We exchanged today, in no small part due to Vicki and her tireless work to keep things on track. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you for keeping me sane!

If you are looking for a company to handle a property transaction . . . look no further than Cooke and Co! We can't recommend the team at this company highly enough! They had a knack of handling everything in a most competent, professional and very friendly manner. The result being the sale of our house concluding with an excellent outcome. Amazing service, especially from Vicki Field. She helped me so much, and went above and beyond to guide me through the process of my first time buy. Even keeping communications open when she was on her holidays! I had a useless solicitor who left me in the dark a lot, and would have really struggled without the additional help provided. Would highly recommend!

I cannot fault Cooke & Co, the whole team have been superb at helping me in the process of buying my new home. It didn't all go smoothly (of course!) but the team never stopped communicating with me and advising me on how things were going. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling in the local area.

What can I say.... I’ve had the most amazing journey & it’s been a journey in selling my property through Cooke & Co with Justin Smith. He is the most genuine guy I’ve come across in any estate agent. He’s really helped & supported me with any queries or questions I’ve had and always answered them for me... we’ve had a laugh along the way & tears lol but I couldn’t recommend a better estate agent.... I can’t Thank you enough Justin Smith ☺️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Cooke and Co have been an absolute pleasure to deal with; specifically Rachel Keohane who has gone above and beyond to help with our purchase. I literally cannot fault them in any way whatsoever. They have provided full support through the whole process, and have helped us so much. Without them having been a part of this process we would have really struggled to deal with the issues we came across. First class service from Cooke and Co! Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I've recently completed on a flat purchase in Margate and the Cooke & Co team made the entire process so much easier. They were always on hand to answer any questions, and as a first-time buyer, I had quite a few. I highly recommend buying a property through them!

The staff at the is estate agent (I have dealt with the Cliftonville branch) are always upfront, approachable, eager to help and full of knowledge. The service I received was straight forward (my experience of other estate agents all over the county has never really been good) and a good price. I would highly recommend them and they have changed my opinion of estate agents for the better.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I just want to thank whole sales team at the Margate office, Justin, Rachel, Sarah and Emma, for their kind and helpful service throughout the process of selling my late mothers home. They made the experience, at this difficult time, an easy one and would highly recommend them. Thanks for all the hard work! Warren XxX

Great communication and service from everyone in the team we spoke to. Rachel, Emma and Justin all helped us out throughout the process of buying our first home. Rachel especially was so quick to communicate with us and answer any questions we had. We are so happy with the process and excited to move into our new home.
