Vicki and the whole team at Cooke and Co Margate gave exemplary service in the sale of my mothers apartment. It was not a straightforward sale with many problems to overcome along the way. Vicki went well above and beyound with liasing with many interested parties. We were kept informed at every turn and ultimately ended in a successful sale. Thank you team Cooke & Co

We have been really grateful to the whole team throughout the buying process. They have been friendly and responsive throughout and have navigated the inevitable pressures and challenges that come with conveyancing expertly with empathy and care. A special shout out to Vicki who was our sales progressor, we really felt she was in our corner.

I cannot find any fault with Cooke and Co for the amazing and professional service. They pushed to sell our home as quickly as possible through frequently putting our home as featured property to ensure it appeared at the top of listings. All staff were very professional and worked to an exceptional level of customer service. Particular thanks to Sarah Hanna who continuously kept us informed as to progression in the sale of our property as well as being an incredibly friendly and helpful person answering all queries in a very short amount of time. The photos taken of our property were also amazing. Thankyou to the whole teamPositiveProfessionalism

Many thanks to Justin and Vicki and the team at Cooke and Co. for their efficient and professional service during the sale of my Father's property. Communication was second to none as I was kept up-to-date and advised and guided throughout the entire process. Always cheerful and happy to "go the extra mile". Lovely people. Highly recommended! Harry has been professional throughout and has kept us in the loop with getting our deposit back. Harry was also professional and knowledgeable when we looked at new property and we felt respected and could trust Harry. I’m sure Harry will go far in this profession!

Excellent from start to finish selling with Cooke & co. We switched to them after having almost no viewings with our previous estate agents and found they managed to get lots in the first few weeks. Once buyers were found worked with us to …

I have rarely spoken to an Estate Agent who is so knowledgeable about an area and understands their Clients as I did whilst dealing with Vicki Field. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Cooke & Co. The sales team very skilfully nursed a deal through to completion. Estate Agency is a professional service and that is what I got from Cooke & Co As a Client I understand that when you work with highly skilled professionals such as I found when dealing with Vicki, Sarah and Justin on sales and Kelly who has helped me on lettings, any fees that I have paid to Cooke & Co were well deserved. Cooke&Co came recommended by 2 individuals (Solicitor and friend) so they were a logical choice. From the get go their attitude and professionalism was clear to see. Being overseas and not local the services recieved and interaction were beyond what I could have imagined. Surveys, Viewings and property management were all taken care of which took a lot of the pain of selling a bequeathed property away after the death of a loved one. I can not recommend highly enough the local team.

Every single member of the team is fantastic! . Right from the start (Tilly showing us the house we purchased on several occasions) through to dealing with Vicki / Justin & Sarah further down the line. This company is very professional, the staff love what they do and actually go the extra mile for clients. The icing on the cake was Justin hand-delivering our new house keys, as we were so exhausted! Thank you Cooke&Co!

I cannot thank these people enough for getting us through the nightmare of dealing with seven people in the chain. All the Cooke & Co team were fantastic but Vicki Field saved the day on so many occasions once the sale was agreed, dealing with other buyers/sellers, their solicitors and estate agents. I can honestly say she was the only one in the chain who knew what was going on and made it happen.

Justin and Sarah and the rest of the team really excelled themselves, I couldn't have asked for any more. They were unfailingly polite, cheerful, helpful, attentive, positive, encouraging and patient. They made endless phone calls to chivvy all parties and went the extra mile to get a quick sale at a great price! I was impressed that every viewing was a genuine home buyer, there were no time wasters here! We sold within two weeks of going on the market. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sarah, Rachel and Justin were great, they always kept us updated on progress and often would speak to the estate agents up and down the chain keeping the ball rolling when lawyers were dragging their heels. Glad we went with Cooke and Co as they were always at the end of the phone to help with our sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM ALL THE STAFF AT COOKE&CO. THIS STARTED WITH A TRUE APPRAISAL OF THE PROPERTY, PHOTO’S AND ADVERTISING AND UPDATING US OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING THROUGHOUT AND LINKING INTO ALL OTHER PARTIES TO MAKE THE SALE HAPPEN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The sales team in Cliftonville did a brilliant job selling my house for me. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They also were very friendly and had a great sense of humour, something very much appreciated during the stress of selling. A special mention for Sarah, Justin, Emma and Vicky who were at the forefront of the sale. You are all absolute stars and I cannot recommend you highly enough. You are an asset to your trade and Cookes must be very proud of you. The process from offer to completion I think must be one of the fastest ever, despite a cyber attack at the council holding us up! I thank you all and shall miss our conversations. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Cooke and Co. Charlie was our Estate Agent and despite being a trainee he was amazing. Helpful, approachable and understood how we felt along the way. Whilst we havent made an offer on the property its not because of the agents there was just another that pipped it! Im sure Charlie will have an amazing career! Thank you Cooke and Co.
