They were very responsive and helped explain so much of the process to us, helping to alleviate any anxieties we had along the way. They also kept us updated at every step (sometimes even moreso than our solicitors!) and helped nudge things along for us. Everyone on the team was really friendly and helpful (with a special thank you to Vicki whom we spoke with the most). While house buying can be a stressful experience, Cooke and Co really helped make it less so!
