Hi Mr Mark Read Thanks for the one-star review. As it gives me the opportunity to showcase our excellent five-star fraud prevention service to our landlords . I'm not just being facetious. The feeling is certainly mutual as you would get 0 stars due to your actions and I would not want you as a client now or in the future. I was fair and gave you ample opportunity to remove or speak to me about this untruthful and dishonest review . You did not bother to respond . No surprise based upon your historical actions . As this matter is now the public domain I must respond to defend my company and its actions which prevented our landlords / clients falling prey to a person prepared to lie and attempt fraud/deception to secure a rented property. You fall into this category. Taking you back to 2016 when this unfolded . you rightly failed to secure rented accommodation and you lost £120 including VAT reservation fee which was in line with the law in 2016 when it was different in relation to holding fees. This is correct. What you omitted was that you purposely lied about your income on legal documents and verbally to attempt to secure a tenancy. This is effectively fraud For the record we have all the evidence on file and securely stored as required to prove these facts if challenged. It must have been quite a surprise to be caught out by our fraud prevention measures and independent referencing company and despite your efforts and protesting you still could not provide evidence of income you. Thank goodness we had these systems in place . You then went amongst the missing wasting ours and the landlords time. It all ended happily with us renting the property to a great tenant. I do not know why this has come to light now 6 years later and you feel you needed to do this but this clearly shows what sort of person you are .
