We are disappointed to receive a poor review from you, as we take such matters seriously and strive to provide the best service possible. We want to address some points mentioned in your review to ensure a clear understanding of the situation. Firstly, we have only had one tenant with your name who vacated a property in Cliftonville in December 2022. During the end of tenancy inspection, our team noted some wear and tear as well as marks in the property. To maintain fairness and diligence, we refer to previous inventories and seek instructions from the landlord regarding any necessary deductions. This process is aimed at ensuring transparency and equitable resolutions, rather than employing any deceptive tactics. Furthermore, we want to clarify that we do not receive any commission or fees from landlords if deposits are withheld. Our commitment lies in ensuring a fair assessment of the property condition and resolving any disputes through the TDS arbitration process if tenants feel they have been treated unfairly. Regarding the second meeting you had with a senior member of our team, accompanied by Harry Whitehead , we acknowledge that you were aggressive towards my staff and they had to threaten to leave the property until you calmed down. This had no bearing on the outcome but it was noted and was unfortunate as no staff member should feel threatened whilst doing their job. time . However, we are glad that the situation improved after our team member explained the circumstances to you. Upon consulting with the landlord and thoroughly reviewing the situation, we determined that a full deposit refund was appropriate in your case. We always strive to handle matters professionally and reach fair resolutions for all parties involved. While we respect your prerogative to provide a one-star rating and express your opinion, we would like to emphasise that we believe we conducted our responsibilities diligently and professionally. We understand that disputes can arise, but we are committed to addressing them fairly and finding mutually agreeable solutions.
