GoogleAfter a positive initial experience, things went downhill fairly swiftly unfortunately after particular staff member left the branch. The working relationship with countrywide is confusion and unhelpful (with countrywide themselves trying to send me a completely different tenancy agreement to what I signed in an attempt to get me to do maintenance that was not my responsibility), with myself as a tenant regularly fobbed off to the other and it being unclear who I should reach our to for certain problems. The branch seem unclear around their own policy for change of tenants/tenant vacating a property when the other tenant remained. I was left jumping through hoops, signing documents and paying fees for months after a tenant left, with no empathy to the situation at all. If I were to rent again I'd likely avoid Frank Innes for the above reasons.
