I have had excellent service from the Mansfield office, in particular from Zoe Kucharski. Zoe has dealt with my questions competently, quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner. She is my first point of contact, usually the only one I need. It’s a year later and the lettings department are great with Zoe Twells continuing her excellent work. The sales department has been working hard. Sam Claxton has made it his stated ambition to sell my property. There have been a number of viewings conducted by Sam and Emily. Sam has been assiduous in keeping me informed every step of the way; in fact, everyone in the office that I have dealt with, regardless of the section, has been very helpful, professional and friendly; mention has to be made for Michelle as well. I can recommend Frank Innes for both letting and sales.

Definitely recommend Frank Innes Mansfield! Right from the start, Chris put me at ease by answering any questions I had and explaining the process of selling a property. I'm quite a worrier so I was concerned as to whether I was even doing the right thing but my gut feeling told me to go with Frank Innes and I'm so glad I did. Chris helped me get the most out of my property from his valuation and the staff in the office were always updating me with any interest. My house didn't even make it online before a sale was agreed!! Infact a sale was agreed the day the photographer came out, thats how fast it was! Myself and my family have used Frank Innes regularly and every time they achieve a good selling price, sometimes above the asking price. On every occasion, they arranged 6 plus viewings within the first week and sold the houses within 2 weeks. The team work very hard to provide weekly updates and always offer to chase up queries with the buyers and both sets of Solicitors. Using their Solicitors (Countrywide Conveyancing) is really good, there is a portal to log into which updates you every time a document or message is available and each milestone is tracked. I bought my house through Frank Innes and the sales progressor(Sam) was absolutely crucial in seeing through the sale. I had a very difficult buyer my end and my conveyancing solicitor was nothing short of disastrous. Sam made countless phone calls to solicitors, other agents and the vendors to see this sale through. Without him I honestly believe the chain would have collapsed. Superb service. Thank you

Overall very good experience except the the deposit release. My agreement has end at 19 of April. Request for the deposit return has been send by me 3 of May. 13 of May when i had no response from them i called them to talk about it and said that money should be on my acc 10 days after my request (this is written in agreement between us). In answer the agent tried to lie me that it is NOT 10 days after my request BUT 10 days after Landlord decision. After this incident i asked my deposit protector to help me with them so there is ongoing case. Since my last call in mid May no calls, no emails from Frank Innes. Today is 12/06/2019. Report (Check Out) has been done 23/04/2019 and since then (except my calls) no contact from agency. I highly recommend to every reliable person to think TWICE before you cooperate with them. You will pay rent regulary, you will leave clean and tidy property with carpets washed on your knees and on the end they might just treat you the way you not like to be treat, including lies to you about your rights. Unacceptable.

I had very bad experience with Frank Innes letting Mansfield office from the day one I move in the property. I found, They are not the best letting service provider in my last five years UK stay in let properties. Issues 1. Rent Agreement was prepared with wrong rent amount and was not amended even after I moved out. I was getting letters to pay the arrears from Countrywide even though i was paying correct rent which was advised by Frank Innes Lettings Negotiator 2. Admin fee is too high - almost double than other lettings in the area (I paid around £390). 3. I am received my deposit back on 40th day of my move out day after multiple chasing by phone, email and post. 4. I am waiting for over paid rent to be repay even after moved out before 40 days. I tried to contact the responsible person manytimes by phone, Email to get some update. Whenever I called ..each person come up with same questions to understand my case and same answer to my query - "I can't help you at the moment as she is not the responsible person and the person who looks the deposit repay is busy so can't transfer your call. She will call you back when she is free" ….You need to call them again & again… Also there is no reply to my emails. 4. I am not sure the relation they have with Countrywide... It is confusing to whom we need to call to get any update i.e. to get my deposit back...If I call Frank inns local office they are not responding well and when I call countrywide deposit dept ...I got answer like ...they are waiting for local letting office to be actioned on it. Please ignore if you read any positive google review for Mansfield Lettings Branch as they tempt customer to give positive google review on move in and get discount to fees when leaving the property. As When I was dealing with one of the Letting Negotiator...In his each email there was a statement in his email signature - "DISCOUNT APPLIED TO FEES WHEN LEAVING A POSSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEW" I am not sure customers are getting any discount or not from them and all Negotiator do this. My case might be one of and other may have good experience with them but I will AVOID them in future......
