GoogleI’ve rented numerous properties in the past, but this is my first time going through Frank Innes and they have been by far the best so far. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was always helpful, respectful and professional, especially Erin who I had spoke with several times and who did the hand over of the keys. Excellent.

GoogleWe contacted Frank Innes to sell my mother's house for us after she passed away. The sale was undertaken by Beth and Ebony from start to finish. It was a difficult task with me living in Oxford and my brother living in NZ. We also had probate to deal with. Beth kept us up to date with everything we needed to know about the progress of the sale from start to finish. Beth was very quick to get back to us even when she was out of the office. We cannot recommend Beth anymore than this. Thankyou.

GoogleWe were considering selling our property but we were unsure if it was the right thing to do at this moment. We arranged for Frank Innes to come and value our property. Sarah contacted us to arrange the valuation. On the day, Sarah was amazing, she was friendly and professional. She was informative and fair in valuation (not over or underpricing compared to some on the current market) Sarah came with a portfolio of properties from around the area that have sold within the last 6 months due to the change in market to give an accurate idea of pricing. After explaining our situation, Sarah offered further advice regarding a mortgage broker based in the branch who has been able to source us a better deal and able to explore and explain further options available for us. Whilst waiting for the photographs of the property, Sarah prepared the brochure ready to get the property on the market speeding up the process, and also arranged for the negotiation team to attend to view the property to help in the future. So far during this process, Sarah and also Frank Innes Mansfield have been extremely helpful and faultless.

GoogleThis was mine and my partners first time purhcasing a house - So obviously everything was all new to us. Sam was extremely helpful and responsive in explaing and helping us through the process, He answered all our questions and was always on hand to help when something popped up! We were also reccomended to speak with Gerardo around Mortgage advise, who helped us through the whole proccess constantly making sure we were completely satisfied. GoogleWe sold a house through Frank Innes and I really don’t know what we would’ve done without their help and support. The house sale was delayed and sometimes the only communication we had was with the estate agent as the solicitor wasn’t as forthcoming. In particular Samuel, our contact, made sure he communicated with us on a almost daily basis, he reassured us, never got stroppy, always empathetic and nothing was too much trouble.
