Dealt with an agent called Zoe. She was extremely helpful and accompanied us on a viewing with the landlord and has been contactable throughout with ease. We recommend her service! A common sense approach throughout, we had made numerous applications with other agents for properties but always felt cast aside to wealthier applicants. Frank Innes accepted our interest and allowed us to apply straight after the veiwing and take the property off the market. Old school values really work! The rental market is competitive for larger families with so few properties, we are so grateful to Frank Innes.

I came with my family to England not a long time ago and we were searching for a property for a long period of time. We struggled to fill out an application for a property, because we did not have enough documents. When we came to Frank Innes, they from the beginning told us that it was possible to find a house, and on the next day, we went for a viewing. Our rental agent is Michelle, she is very kind and supportive. It is especially hard to work with foreigners, most of the agencies rejected us for this reason. But she was patient with us through all this process and answered all the questions we had. We immediately felt calm, because we can count on her in everything. She made all this process easy for us and took all the hardest parts on herself. We are very grateful to Michelle and Frank Innes for giving us this opportunity to rent a house. We still receive help and support from them even after we signed our contracts. We write to her with any questions and she explains everything, so we, foreigners, can understand all our next steps. We highly recommend Frank Innes to everyone and people from Ukraine who struggle to rent a property. If you contact them, they will help you very quickly and effectively. My family and I highly recommend Frank Innes, as this is the only agency we have received help with housing. They will find the perfect home for you and take care of all the paperwork, so this process will be as comfortable and stress-free as possible for you. We recently rented a property from Frank Innes and in the beginning they were flawless, responding to everything promptly and going out of their way to help us. We have now moved out of the property and are in the process of trying to get our bond returned and the service has turned into a complete nightmare. We are constantly chasing them and being passed around from person to person and no one will actually help or take accountable for it. Seems like as soon as they've got you as a customer you get cast aside.
