GoogleMy wife and I appreciate every thing that Michelle did for us. by helping us be able to move our son Anthony from 1 property to another in 2weeks. We feel that she worked very hard at finding a property so quick, and sorting everything out for us. My wife Ruth and son Anthony could not believe it possible.

GoogleCouldn't get anything right from the start. EPC was wrong for about 3 weeks. They need to sack their photographer, our pictures couldn't have been worse. I ended up going into the office to use my own pictures but still the old ones were up. Communication to us and 2 viewers towards the end was dreadful. They even made my partner the scapegoat and said they'd told him. They found a buyer three days before we changed estate agents but unfortunately for the buyers we said no because we no longer had any faith in their ability to push the sale through to the end. Will not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI used another firm in Mansfield before I went to Frank Innes, for sixteen weeks I barely had anyone to look at my property, I swapped to Frank Innes and the staff were amazing. Becki got me a viewing within 24hours and the house was sold the very next day. The way it was delt with was the best service I have ever used to sell a property, thank you to all the staff and a very big thank you to BECKI. If you want to sell your house with no hassle to yourself, use this firm, itβs a 5 star service

GoogleBought my first house with Frank Innes with the help of Rebecca. I cannot thank her enough for the support and advice she has given me. She was the first person in the whole process to swing into action to get things moving quicker and it really did put my mind at ease. GoogleI would definitely never recommend Frank Innes, their lack of cooperation is embarrassing. Iβve only dealt with them once and if I could avoid buying a property from them I would avoid it like the plague. Definitely do not put your property on sale with them, I would not trust them at all. Very unprofessional

GoogleWe are currently in the process of buying a house through Frank Innes and they have been amazing throughout the whole process so far! Sam has such a great positive attitude - he's always on hand to answer questions and guide us through the process (as we're first time buyers we're pretty clueless regarding what's occurring). Everything so far has run so smoothly it's been a dream! Couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleMy first point of contact (Amber) was extremely helpful and organised a valuation visit despite not being 100% in their area. Ebony who turned up to do the valuation was very friendly, kind and understanding with my elderly mother. She explained everything we needed to know in detail and provided a prompt written valuation.
