GoogleVery positive experience. They helped me with the sale of my property in Mansfield, I got the price I wouldn't even expect. Nice people, good contact, reasonable fee, very good looking advert and description of my property on Rightmove and Zoopla. If you're looking for hassle free sale of your house I can strongly recommend them.

FacebookHad my flat on the market for 10 months now. They’ve not helped with the sale at all. From noticing the wrong price being marketed, cash buyers only and other errors on the listings. I thought purple bricks were bad but this company is extremely disappointing. Please be very careful listing anything with these experts, double and triple check any changes you want to your listing. I believe I would have had a sale months ago, a lot of time and money wasted! I trusted them to make changes that didn’t happen.

GoogleGreat talk but no delivery John the owner is a great salesman but unfortunately in my experience that’s all it was. Talk and no sale. Taking away the fact he didn’t sell my house after price drops and a complaint in lack of movement. The service was poor from him and his team After 4 months and so few viewings I complained to the owner John who said he would make it featured and put his best exec Megan on this house but a week later no call from the exec and no feature. 7+ months plus with Buckley and little more than 3 viewings and no update from the team has left a sour tatste for me.

GoogleFantastic! When we sold my parents home we invited 3 agents (2 from our own knowledge) and Buckley Brown from GetAgent. Buckley Brown valued the property higher than the other agents and whilst we appointed them we were somewhat anxious that the higher valuation might hamper the sale. We need not have been concerned - Buckley Brown organised numerous viewings within days and secured the first good offers within a week with the final offer being accepted a few days later. Their contact and office efficiency were superb. Highly recommended.

Once an offer had been made and I’d accepted, communication between them and me was very good indeed. GoogleEasily one of the worst estate agents around. They have a few ladies who work in Buckley brown who are brain dead and don’t actually know what day it is. Avoid selling your property with Buckley brown if you can.

GoogleI can definitely understand why they are the number one estate agents in Mansfield! They made everything as easy for us as they possibly could. They updated us regularly and always went the extra mile if we had questions or concerns. I'd like to say we'd use them again, but we have found our dream home! GoogleBuckley Brown completely surpassed any reasonable expectations we could have had for an estate agency. The agent who dealt with our property was Morgan whom I asked for a quick sale, Over Christmas when the economic situation was at its most uncertain. However she still achieved an offer on the property within three days which she and the team managed successfully into completion for the expected price. We enlisted Buckley Brown after an experience with another estate agency with national reach, this experience was nothing short of horrendous leaving us unsure of whether we could trust an estate agent ever again, however Buckley Brown have reignited our faith in professional and efficient estate agencies. John Brown is a professional and driven leader with a gifted and successful team, at time of writing they have the most sold signs in Mansfield. If you are considering property services and especially if you are selling your property I would highly recommend you at least give Buckley Brown an opportunity to express their marketing plan.

GoogleTerrible experience on handover day. Spent 3 nights sleeping on floor. The company were not helpful at solving major problems on moving day. Would never use again. Disappointed as initial contact was good which is why we went with them. The photographer and energy audit guy was lovely and professional. We sold house in 1 day on first viewing so it's not as if they had to work very hard at sale!!
