GoogleThe amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, they spent their entire time walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed. I have felt very well supported by Josh and Tom in my new venture; as I am inexperienced and have benefitted from their expertise. They are both extremely professional, good communicators and nothing has been too much trouble. They always respond promptly to any information I required and kept me well informed throughout the process. They have a friendly approach which is refreshing and with which I feel very comfortable. The package was organised with precision and clarity; making the process simple for me and my tenants. It has been a pleasure to work with Tom and Josh and I look forward to continuing this good working relationship. I have already, and will in the future, recommend this service to others. GoogleFrom Initial consultation on valueing the property, marketing, being kept in touch with veiwings, offers on the property through to to final stage of the sale. Debbie has rang me every week with updates of what is happening throughout the whole process, i can not fault Buckley Brown in any way at all.

The level of service we received from arranging an initial viewing and to putting in an offer right through to completion was outstanding. All the staff we were in contact with were very polite and professional and our sales progressor, Debbie, went above and beyond for us. We would definitely recommend Buckley Brown to friends and family.

GoogleAs a buyer, I was really impressed with the way Buckley Brown staff helped me understand the process involved right from the start to the finish. This was my second attempt at purchasing a property during the Covid-19 situation (I decided not to buy the first one for several reasons). The first time around I dealt with another company (who I will not name) but was so confused with the process and didn't know who I was supposed to be dealing with. I felt I was just a means to an end and was left feeling like I was an inconvenience. With Buckley Brown I was made to feel valued as a buyer. They explained the whole process to me, kept me informed along the way and communicated with the solicitors on both sides to keep things running smoothly. Buckley Brown estate agents were there to answer any questions I threw their way and they always followed up on any queries I had and got back to me quickly. Thank you for your assistance in helping me purchase my first home here in the UK.

GoogleWe put our house on the market just before the lock down and Buckley brown were honestly amazing! Even when in Lock down there was never a time when we couldn't get to speak to someone in the team if/when we needed to. The dedication to detail and customer service throughout the whole process from valuation up untill the day we got the keys to our new home was second to none. truly amazing! Buckley Brown really do deserve all the awards they have under their belt 😊💪. If we ever need to move again we wouldn't look anywhere else! Thank you just isnt enough! GoogleAfter a failed attempt to sell our home last year and needing to take it off due to health issues, we decided to re-list this year with Buckley Brown due to the exceptional service and feedback we had received. The sales team (Harriet) reacted instantly to our request to re-list and within hours we had numerous viewings booked. To our delight, within four days we received an offer for the house - which we accepted. We are currently being looked after by the sales progression team and so far - so good. Would recommend

THIS COMPANY HAVE PHTOS AND WAS MADE AWARE OF THIS AS SOON AS IT WENT UP FOR SALE THE BUYERS WHO PAY MONEY OUT ON SEARCHES ON THIS PROPERTY WILL FIND THE PROPERTY HAS DISPUTES RAISED AND WILL LOSE MONEY.
