GoogleFrom the initial realistic valuation through to a successful sale in a very difficult year for the property market and extremely challenging economic conditions the service provided was excellent. The sale was handled extremely efficiently including advertising, regular updates and marketing reports. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The two girls allocated to personally handle the sale as it progressed were outstanding.

After we had met Josh from Buckley Brown, it was an easy decision. He was so helpful, professional and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Josh, his colleague Tom and all the staff at Buckley Brown are second to none. We would absolutely recommend them, no question about it. Their fees are very competitive, and because they are a smaller, independent estate agents, they can give a much more 'personal' service - unlike some of the bigger corporate agents. GoogleAn excellent Estate Agent that we have used for both selling a property and also for managing a rental property. Exceptional customer service which is both exceedingly professional and friendly. Buckley Brown staff are excellent at what they do. They fulfill their commitments to you and if they promise something they always deliver. I never have to chase them up for anything as they are always "on the ball". They treat my rental property as if it was theirs personally and care for my interests. Hollie and Tom in the rental team always keep me updated and deal with any tenant issues that arise with speed and no fuss. I had to continually chase the last Estate Agent who initially managed the rental property but for the same price I now have Buckley Brown who are exceptional and miles better than the previous agent. Selling a property with them has also been fantastic. Brilliant service and phenomenal care to attention and detail. It is easy to see why Buckley Brown are rated so highly. GoogleVery professional and efficient estate agents, chosen as their 'For Sale' boards soon have 'Sold' appear on them, and are easily the most successful estate agents in Mansfield. They keep in regular contact, and you receive email and text notifications of viewing appointments and offers, backed up by telephone calls to discuss viewing reviews. Once sold - regular updates regarding the sale progression and they keep in touch with all parties involved. Very impressed and would use again.

GoogleFrom the outset of valuation staff have been professional courteous and knowledgeable and made us as the seller feel important. They have been super responsive to any query no matter how small even when a member of staff away or on leave the care followed through and all information flowed seamlessly. I would buy a property specifically in the future if Buckley brown is the agent as they are just faultless and constantly on the ball.

FacebookI bought and sold my property through Buckley Brown and couldn't be happier with the results.the main I agent I worked with, Debbie Straw, went above and beyond the help with my move despite the unfortunate circumstances along the way, making sure I was always kept up to date with everything and kept in contact with my solicitors to keep the ball rolling and the sale progressing. Staff are really professional, friendly and polite, nothing was ever too much trouble and communications were excellent. I was never made to feel alone on my journey of selling my house, no question was ever left unanswered. I honestly can't recommend them enough, they may not be the cheapest estate agents on the market but you definitely get your moneys worth!
