GoogleExcellent professional service. I bought through Buckley Brown and the sales progression, which seems to be non existent with alot of estate agents was particularly good, Steph Hague was very on the ball and gave me regular updates and chased parties whenever necessary. I would highly recommend this agency who deserve their excellent reputation.

GoogleBuckley Brown has been so easy to deal with, and Tom has literally been a godsend for a newly arrived Aussie looking to let their first UK property. He was always so incredibly friendly and helpful, and was happy to answer any of the questions I had about the process here in the UK. Tom truly was such a delight to work with and I appreciate all the time he took to ease my concerns and get me from applying all the way through to handing me my keys. Highly recommend letting through BuckleyBrown!

GoogleTom at Buckley brown was always very helpful and quick with responses. I thank him in his support in moving me into my first rented property. The management team were slower in getting references signed off, had to chase the acceptance of my agreement a lot over a week and a half and was only accepted 5 days before my move in date which made sorting time to get ready for the move difficult with my job, however I do understand that these times can be very busy so I appreciate their quick responses and always making me feel able to call.

GoogleThe team were fab in helping us sell our property. This was our first time selling a house so it was all new to us! Georgina who supported us through our sale was amazing and so helpful explaining everything to us as was Megan who did our valuation. The whole process made so easy and simple through the amazing service of the team! Communication was excellent and made the experience for us wonderful! They answered all our questions in a timely manner and what they couldn’t find out they would do so for us! We had the best experience with Buckley Brown

GoogleOur first time buying a home was made easy by the lovely people at Buckley Brown, we had regular updates and estate agents that truly cared. It felt like they were on our side the entire time and were nothing but helpful. I couldn’t imagine going with a different estate agents now and when it comes to moving again in the future we know who we will be going with. We had Debbie from the beginning til the end and she was nothing but wonderful and helpful, a pleasure to talk to. If it was not for the lovely people at Buckley Brown I would have struggled as this was my first time purchasing a home, it was made easy and I could not be more grateful.

GoogleSo pleased we chose Buckley Brown as our agents in a recent property sale as they were brilliant! They were professional, helpful and friendly right the way through, it was a long and rather difficult chain but nothing was too much trouble, you could always get to speak to someone and they even helped us with our solicitors as they were lagging behind somewhat the whole way through!!
