GoogleI just wish I had hired Buckley Brown first! The word on the street is that they are the best....I'm here to tell you it's true! Fabulous communication (very impressive) We felt really looked after every step of the way of our journey. They sold our house within 10 days and helped with our purchase. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

GoogleI CAN NOT FAULT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED SINCE TRANSFERRING TO BUCKLEY BROWN. THE STAFF I HAVE FOUND TO BE VERY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS RESPONDED TO ANY COMMUNICATION PROMPTLY. THIS HAS BEEN SO REFRESHING AFTER HAVING HAD SUCH A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH A PREVIOUS LETTING AGENT. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE GENUINE POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND WOULD BE CONFIDENT TO RECOMMEND. ON MY INITIAL INQUIRY, TOM WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND I FELT REASSURED TO PROCEED WITH THE TRANSFER. HE HAS UPDATED BOTH MYSELF AND MY TENANT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, ANSWERING QUERIES ALONG THE WAY. Buckley Brown responded to our needs as quickly as they could and made this difficult time manageable and smooth. From the initial meeting with Josh Thomas, whose professionalism impressed us from the start to Holly Carter taking over the management of the letting, we knew that we were in competent hands. We were kept informed at every step and continue to be so. We have every confidence in their ability to let the property and manage it. We would have no reservation in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleHad an amazing experience with Nicola from the Mansfield branch. Even though our house isn’t on the market with them. She went above and beyond to give us information that was unknown to us. She was polite, friendly and gave us realistic expectations on what we could do moving forward. Disappointed I didn’t put my house on the market with them just down to speaking to Nicola! Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

GoogleSorry but definitely not impressed with the level of service we received having supposedly sold our house in august yet buyer having to get third mortgage which they have still been waiting for !!!! So not happening this should of been picked up months ago and should of advised us to re-market had pressure from solicitors for exchange date how can you exchange when you keep getting told to wait for your buyer who hasn’t even got a mortgage 2 stars for effort on this occasion not good service

GoogleI honestly do not know what would have happened with this sale had it not been for Steph! She managed the process brilliantly and even when i was starting to lose patience with the Solicitors, she remained happy and positive. She kept the links of communication alive where the solicitors failed and kept me up to date constantly, she even worked late some days to ensure she didnt leave me with any unanswered questions. She is a credit to the company and I do not have enough thanks or nice words to say about her.

GoogleI used Buckley Brown for our sale and purchase we were assigned Steph Hague as our sales progressor and she did a outstanding job for us, her customer service skills were second to none she was prompt in returning our calls she always tried to get updates from the solicitors involved sometimes with success, my house sold in 2 days and after being on the market for 8 hours I had 15 viewings booked which shows how good they are. there are estate agents out there a little cheaper but I would 100% recommend Buckley Brown, just wish Buckley brown were conveyancers as well as estate agents.

GoogleWhere do I begin? I have been looking for properties for a while now and compared to other agents, Buckley Browns properties were always true to the pictures in the adverts. What you see is exactly what you see, not too much enhancements. I was happy with all the properties I viewed. The team were very speedy in replies and were very clear. Every member of staff I encountered from the viewing, offer stage, aftercare and lettings were superb and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

GoogleI have now sold a few properties through Buckley Brown, one of which through extremely difficult and distressing circumstances. I always feel assured that my property is in good hands and I know I have their support. Having an agent I can trust, and whom I know will always go the extra mile is invaluable and helps ease the stress of the process. I wouldn't look anywhere else. The friendly, personal experience I just don't believe can be found elsewhere .

From the initial contact with this company's lettings administration group, my wife and I have felt that we were in a safe and professional pair of hands. From the sourcing and vetting of prospective tenants, to the handling of any maintenance issues arising during the tenancy period, everything has been handled smoothly and without any stress or bother that one might have expected. From the mandatory 'safety checks' to any minor repairs, Buckley Brown Estate Agents are 'on the ball'. Any issues that arose with the property were swiftly and efficiently dealt with, with timely and reassuring communication to both the tenant and landlord. Whilst driving locally and noting Buckley Brown Estate Agent signs outside various properties, the result my experience with this company prompted the comment... "The individuals who have employed Buckley Brown Estate Agents will be without doubt the recipients of a 'Gold Standard Service'. "

GoogleGreat service from Buckley Brown. Even though we were only the buyers, they were always there for us, kept us up to date, and helped by chasing up the other professionals involved. Debbie, in particular, was so helpful, but the whole team deserves acknowledgement too - they were the most helpful people we dealt with throughout our stressful buying process, and even though they didn't need to, they always went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buckley Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleMy experience with Buckley Brown has been absolutely fantastic. All of the team I have worked with over the past several months have been incredibly professional, reassuring and kind. At times I have been a very confused (and stressed) first time buyer, but I have been kept up to date every moment of the process by calls and emails. If I've had any questions, my emails have been responded to in some cases instantly! We found a couple of houses on the Buckley Brown site, and after explaining our situation the agent Tom Moult did everything he could to organise us to have viewings still that same and following day. He then went above and beyond liaising with us, the landlords and our insurance companies in order to secure us the property and make the move as painless as possible

They had our house valued, photographed, on the market and sold in less than a week, kept us well informed throughout and worked really hard chasing people up and keeping everything moving.
