GoogleI cannot recommend Buckley Brown enough. I stopped looking at properties through Rightmove and just focus on properties advertised in their website. Investing in properties comes with investing in the people involved in the process too and every single person l spoke to at BuckleyBrown, has provided a level of service that well exceeded my expectations and, in my personal experience, can't be compared with other agencies.

GoogleWe were in the middle of a fairly long chain and this involved quite a lot of waiting for conveyancing solicitors' actions. This protracted the whole process which was quite stressful at times. I can only praise each of the Buckley Brown team that we communicated with for providing speedy responses and keeping the frustration to a minimum. A big thank you to all of the team.

GoogleWe are renting a property with BB we have recently had a problem with the boiler BB dealt with this very promptly ,they sent Kev from CCM property maintenance , not only was he a lovely friendly guy ,he really knew his stuff ,he was not going to be defeated he did a fantastic job and restored the hot water ,he is a real people person BB are very lucky to have him working for them so well done Kev & thanks so much ,lovely to meet you

If I had an inquiry or a problem she sorted it. I cannot fault anything about my service. I would recommend Buckley Brown to anyone. My neighbour as just had a Buckley Brown for sale sign put up. The person centred approach is an understatement when it comes to the agents I have personally dealt with such as Rhea Hart. GoogleI recently reserved a rental property with Tom Moult and feel it very important to write to you to make you aware of what an asset to your team he is. Working in the same industry all too often people write bad reviews and letters of complaint but never inform you when someone’s service was outstanding. We sadly did not go through with the rental due to lack of parking and the stairs leading to the top bedroom but this did not effect how we felt about Buckley brown and even more so the service received by Tom. We have now found a property and the only disappointment is that your company are not the agent. Tom’s communication, advice and compassion to our situation was second to none. He is very thorough and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Once again he really is an asset to the team and we would not hesitate to rent through yourselves should the need arise in the future. GoogleI had 3 companies value my property with a view to sell and Buckley Brown were one of the three. Although I have since decided to hold off the sale for a few reasons should I have continued I would definitely have appointed Buckley Brown to be the agent to sell my property. From my initial enquiry absolutely everything was of the highest standard - phone calls, in person visit, emails, literature and follow up communications. I found the whole experience professional, reassuring, informative and above all personable. They worked tirelessly throughout the first lockdown to put our house on the market as quickly as possible to ensure a sale. GoogleHave used Buckley Brown for 2 sales and have been very impressed with the staff and service Fees are reasonable and I got a small reduction for the second sale The only thing is, they do tend to take an optimistic view of how long things will take to go through. Things take as long as they take and much of it is out of the hands of the estate agents so perhaps they could be a little more realistic.

GoogleProperty up for rent by them house alarm was going off in the evening. I rung them to inform them that the house alarm had be been going off for a hour or more I didn't expect to speak to anyone as it was 7.45pm but spoke to a lovely lady and said she would get a team member to come and sort it out. Within a hour someone came to sort it out. Very happy as it was a hot night and didn't want to have to shut my windows because off the alarm.
