Communication was great throughout our sale, from the viewings, regular updates and feedback right through to the day of completion. GoogleI’ve had a great experience with this company, great response time and no question was too much, as a first time renter it was nice to know that I could pick up the phone and at any time Tom Moult would answer the phone and any questions I had, I would definitely recommend using them as it hasn’t even been a week and we will be getting our keys very soon.

Through some technical glitch I somehow managed, to be put through to a lovely young lady, not once that would of been ok. No it must of been at least five times. The lady was very polite, professional and a pleasure to speak too. A real asset to the company. Once again, sorry if I spoiled your morning. If I am ever in the market to sell or buy a house in your area. I will be sure to look you up.

GoogleUnfortunately my time to move in took a significant amount of time, but Megan at Buckley Brown kept in constant contact as well doing alot of chasing on my behalf and without her I'd definitely would still be waiting. I'd highly recommend Buckley Brown as even though I ran into a few issues that where no fault of Buckley Brown's Megan did everything in her power to keep things moving forward.

From the first meeting to discuss the process right through to the handing over of keys, everything ran so smoothly. Everyone I spoke to in the office were always polite, helpful and aware of where we were in the selling process which shows excellent customer service. We would most definitly use Buckley Brown in the future.

FacebookAbsolutely sterling service from beginning to end. This company is proactive rather than reactive and works professionally and effectively both with buyers and sellers. The communication from the office regarding every administrative step was faultless which put a first time seller like me at ease!You only have to look around the streets to see that a for sale sign with Buckley Brown turns very quickly to a sold sign. Fabulous company with an eye for every detail.
