I received regular updates from Anna which has made the transition a lot smoother. On top of that it was the after care, lovely gesture of receiving a lovely bouquet which was an amazing surprise xxx

GoogleAll members of the team are happy to answer any questions if the person you want is not available. They always call you back and follow up on appointments etc . Very efficient at sorting out safety checks needed before renting . All staff appear professional- polite and use appropriate language and remain professional .

The ladies gave weekly updates throughout the sale, returned all calls and emails immediately, polite and knowledgeable. And always with a smile. I only dealt with the Mansfield branch and I would easily imagine all branches are operated the same efficient way

Although we didn’t go through with our sale at the end, we would 100% recommend them to all of our family and friends. If things were to change, we would again use them.
