Amazing! Cannot fault at all! The best service!!!! We went to view a house as a first time buyer. The lady was so helpful and lovely and we booked in for a free consultation as we were completely clueless on buying a house. We saw Kirsty and OMG she's just amazing! She's so friendly and helpful and just made us feel at ease. She was the guide we needed along the way. Because of her the process has been moving very quick, smooth and seemed to be so much easier then the horror story's I've heard from friends using other agents and brokers. 100% recommend every time we've been in we've always felt welcome and the process has been no stress at all in which really surprised me. We are so grateful for the service you've given us. Thank you so much!!!!

When Kirsty (Pilgrim) valued my property I had my reservations but she convinced me she can do it so I accepted her challenge. In less than two weeks following a weekend of viewings I accepted an offer that exceeded well beyond my expectation. And thanks to the amazing team everything was practically stress free on my part. The fantastic Liam Bainbridge guided and supported me all throughout the process and gave me regular updates which was reassuring. I have now happily relocated thanks to the awesome BE team. Six weeks after leaving the property that I rented for two years, and getting a checkout report stating that everything was fine and in accordance with the inventory, I still hadn’t received any of my deposit back. I told them I wanted to raise a complaint against them for this, and they followed up by accusing me of stealing a toaster! Be very careful if you have to deal with them - put everything in writing and insist that they do the same. They can’t be trusted. I also caught them letting themselves in when they thought nobody was there, twice!

Jessica met me at the property I planned to let through Bairstow Eves. I found her to be very polite and helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the legal requirements which she communicated clearly. She was very clear regarding the different packages Bairstow Eves had to offer. After consideration I decided to go for the fully managed deal. She was very clear regarding the fees in relation to this which I found to be great value. It took 11 days from meeting Jessica at my property to a tenancy agreement being in place. She obtained what I would consider to be a very reasonable rental income. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received.

Impressive support and speed here. Firstly a massive thank you to them but here's the story... I had a bit of an issue with another agency where they gave out two set of keys and had double booked "my" room... Not great... It left me with only two or three days to find a new place to live or I'd be stuck. The staff at Bairstow Eves managed to book viewings for me, showed me a number of options and managed to get all the paper work filled (even working overtime for me staying about an hour after the store closed) to ensure that I was able to move in on time, despite the complicated situation I came to them with. As you can imagine I was very stressed during this time but they did their upmost to reassure me and walk me through every step that we needed to take to allow me to move in asap. This was my first time moving into a private rental as I've been a student all the other years I've been alone, so explaining these things for me was important and they have so far been doing an excellent job. So again thank you to the staff and I couldn't give higher praise. Definitely a passionate and dedicated team who care about their tenants.

If you are considering to rent with these estate agents, RUN A MILE. I gave a months notice, I got several phone calls asking if i was able to leave early as they had new tenants interested and wanted to move in ASAP. I agreed to leave 3 weeks earlier than i originally planned. I had been gone 2 weeks and heard nothing in terms of partial refund as I had paid for that month, baring in mind i was told i would get it when i left. Called to chase to be told the new tenants had dropped out and I was able to go back to the property. I asked how as i handed the keys back weeks ago, i mentioned about the partial refund on the rent to be told because the new tenants dropped out i wasnt entitled to my rent back as the property was still mine until the original date I gave, even when they ASKED me to leave earlier than the date I gave. It was the first time i rented, i only wanted to do for a short period of time and I will NEVER EVER rent again due to this absolute shambles of a estate agents.
