What felt like it could be the most nerve racking experience for a first time buyer was made clear, reassuring and easily with a mortgage broker like Jessica Seamer. She tailored the whole experience to my understanding, made the whole thing enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations. The last mortgage broker I was liaising with was a little different to what I needed, but Jessica came in and got me the offer with her years of expertise ! Couldn't be happier or more grateful, Thank you Jessica and Bairstow Eves !

Just sold our neighbours property who we had probate for, Lauren was very helpful with the valuation and advice on best way to proceed with clearing and selling the property, her advice that we could obtain probate without use of a solicitor saved us a substantial fee , Amber was also very helpful in keeping us up to date with how things were proceeding, the other staff at Mansfield were also very professional and polite & helpful when we spoke over the phone or at viewings

I woke up and decided I needed to move house. I messaged Amber at Bairstowe Eves Mansfield and by the end of the week, Amber had come round, explained the whole process, organised photos and referred me to the mortgage advisor. The following week, my house was on the market and a sign was up outside my house! Although technically my property location meant that I'm the sale was managed by the Mansfield Woodhouse branch, Amber was still able to answer any questions or concerns I had and was very helpful! Ella was the mortgage advisor and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me! We were able to go through everything in detail and plan the most appropriate mortgage in one meeting. Ella checked in weekly with updates and to see how the whole thing was progressing. It did take a longer time than anticipated to move due to issues beyond our control but the team at Bairstowe Eves were fantastic and very accommodating. I was nervous to move house and wish I had done it sooner!

Amber Zygadlo at Bairstow Eves in Mansfield was excellent to work with. From the start, she really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to understand our needs. She offered helpful advice on different areas to consider and suggested properties for viewings that we might not have initially thought about, which was really valuable. Professional but friendly service from all staff but id like to mention Lauren, Amber, Kirsty and Brandon as the main members of the team dealing with our sale. Laurens valuation appointment was thorough and the valuation the most accurate but her friendly approach and local knowledge of the area and local sales was what helped me choose Bairstows over others.Plus we have worked with the company before. The house was sold within a few days after several viewings. Whoever i spoke to ..Christian mainly , Amber or Kirsty was helpful in dealing with any advice i needed or with outstanding problems. We decided to use the Mansfield branch of Bairstow eves to sell our property. Amber was the allocated member of staff for our property. All the staff members were helpful and the phone was always answered promptly which is great when you have questions.
