Katie is a true asset to the Mansfield branch and the company. She should be commended for her professionalism and friendly demeanour. She went above and beyond my expectations during a recent interaction. I was interested in a property and had further questions; Katie was patient with me and very knowledgeable in answering my questions or seeking further information from the vendor when required in a timely manner. Katie also called slightly after her shift had ended to log the offer I had put in, which I really appreciated as it helped calm my nerves. I look forward to working with Katie in the future.

We have recently completed our remortgage of our property with the amazing service and help from Ella at the Mansfield branch. From the very first visit Ella was extremely positive and informative. Ella made the process very easy and kept us regularly updated and kept in contact throughout, we have struggled the past few years to remortgage but thanks to Ella this was completed within a couple of months. Was very hesitant when deciding which letting agency to use as have usually found that apart from collecting rent and informing you of any maintenance issues, their job is done. Our experience with Meeshia was on another level. She kept us fully informed throughout and worked with us. She ‘rolled up her sleeves’ and helped us to make beds, arrange cushions etc in order for her to take the photos. We have no hesitation in recommending her services. Me and my partner brought our first home after falling in love with the house listed by Mansfield Bairstow Eves. Amber was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! It definitely wasn’t a straight forward sale due to needing a probate and other extra legal documentation but she constantly was in contact with us, the vendors and both solicitors to keep pushing the sale through. She made the buying process less scary and explained everything simply. She went above and beyond for us! Honestly can’t think her enough for all her help :) definitely recommend!!!

Found Bairstow Eves through rentmove and zoopla. Reached out to them because one of their properties for rent was very appealing to me. Called them and we quickly set up a viewing date. On the day of the viewing, I met Jacob and Lucie. They were both friendly, patient, and made the viewing experience informative. Jacob was great with organising the paper work and sorted out payment (first week rent) on the same day to secure my room. When collecting my keys, I met Jacob again. I can tell Jacob was prepared with the paperwork, and showed respect to me and my guarantor. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, easy and stress-free. We recently sold our property through Bairstow Eves, Mansfield and we were very happy with the experience. From the moment of our valuation, we just had a sense that they were really passionate about the house and making sure it sold quickly, which it did. This was compared to the sterile and disassociated valuations performed by other estate agents. Throughout the whole process, Mollie was really helpful and worked really hard to get our property moving and then was really engaged in getting the offers we needed and supporting us through the whole process through to completion. The small team there meant that everyone in the office was up to speed on the process of our sale as well. We also had a fantastic experience with their in-house mortgage advisor, Ella, who was incredibly helpful throughout, especially with a lot of the complex financial and legal processes that we had to go through - we even got a new home card from her upon completion, a really thoughtful touch. Kirsty Ford has been an incredible help with our mortgage application process, and she made both of us feel very comfortable moving forward with the situation. My mother sold her house with Bairstow Eves recently. The process was smooth and they made it really easy for my mother to manage. Kirsty Pilgrim came to do the appraisal. She put my mother at ease and gave a full explanation of the process, the state of the market and how best she thought it would be to market the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in her sales strategy. She also came armed with research of similar houses in the area and what they are selling for / sold for. All the viewings were arranged to take place over a 2 day period and they had a representative carry them out so my mother could just go out for the day and not have to stress about it. Once the offers came in and one was accepted Liam kept in contact with my mother and sister every single week to provide an update right until completion day. All in all a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them especially Kirsty on the appraisal, valuation and marketing side and Liam on the communication and completion side.

She understood my situation, laid everything out for me, explained in language I understood and was very patient. We talked through what I needed, she found me the best mortgage deal and discussed other things I hadn't necessarily thought about such as home and life insurance. Kirsty followed the progress of the purchase and just before completion managed to renegotiate the mortgage with the lender, getting better rates, excellent. Kirsty Ford really was invaluable and I would heartily recommend her.

Bairstow Eve is the worst in the Mansfield I have been with them for 4 months The house was unready when I moved in so reported on the portal to fix them They only sorted 2 issues after 3 months 4 of them still pending when I ring them, they just ignored me nicely I want upper management to see the matters urgently I had enough of that Only 4 months don’t think I can survive another 4 months Poorest service ever I have received in the UK I am frustrated with how they treating me even I asked them to pay rent by direct debit but they are not bothered Every time I ring them, they have excuse Please save the Mansfield Bairstow Eve branch
