My mother sold her house with Bairstow Eves recently. The process was smooth and they made it really easy for my mother to manage. Kirsty Pilgrim came to do the appraisal. She put my mother at ease and gave a full explanation of the process, the state of the market and how best she thought it would be to market the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in her sales strategy. She also came armed with research of similar houses in the area and what they are selling for / sold for. All the viewings were arranged to take place over a 2 day period and they had a representative carry them out so my mother could just go out for the day and not have to stress about it. Once the offers came in and one was accepted Liam kept in contact with my mother and sister every single week to provide an update right until completion day. All in all a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them especially Kirsty on the appraisal, valuation and marketing side and Liam on the communication and completion side.

Kirsty Ford has been an incredible help with our mortgage application process, and she made both of us feel very comfortable moving forward with the situation. Before speaking with her we were not very knowledgable about what the process would be like - but she has kept us updated and aware of all the steps and time frames for these steps. She is friendly and very supportive to work alongside, and we both feel very thankful for the help we have recieved from her with this huge life change. I purchased my current house through Bairstow Eves in Mansfield, meeting Mollie Rowden at the property. She was knowlegable, professional and extremely helpful in showing me around the property. Points that I raised during the visit that she did not have the information to hand at the time. she contacted the vendor and rang me the following morning with information. The long drawn out conveyancing system that exists within the legal profession has been a bone of contention for years in purchase and sales. However Mollie kept me informed throughout chasing up both sets of solicitors in order to ensure a prompt and smooth transaction. During my life time I have bought and sold 8 houses and would say that working with Mollie from Bairstow Eves was the smoothest and less stressful than any other estate agents that I have been involved with. I was kept fully up to date both with phone calls and emails and were returned as promised. Professional friendly staff who look after their client.

I would just like to thank Beth Smith who works in the Mansfield Bairstrow Eves branch, and to give her the recognition she deserves. From the get go Beth honestly could not do enough for me and went above and beyond in every way. She was polite and very helpful and definitely knows her stuff regarding helping people find their dream homes in the renting department. Beth ensured all information was understood and went through everything so clearly and most off all, made me feel so welcome. Although it wasn’t the outcome I wanted, Beth has reassured me that if I need help or assistance in the near future she will be happy to help and for me there, that is a competent team player. Mollie was fantastic always happy to help, kept me informed the whole way through rang me as soon as the solicitor emailed me was always on it before I was. Fantastic experience with all the team. I would highly recommend the team at Mansfield. I will definitely use them again in the future. I also used their solicitors they recommended equally as fantastic no issues from putting the house up for sale to compleation was under 3 months. From first dealing with Kirsty Pilgrim to select an estate agent to work with, to working with Liam Bainbridge to sell my property and manage through to completion of the sale the service has been outstanding. This was not an easy completion process and Liam has been unfailingly polite with my continued chasing for progress updates and very proactive to provide me with information so that I could better understand any hold ups so that I would keep my nerve! The bottom of the chain was the problem (I was at the top of the chain) & Liam used all his connections and experience to provide me with the facts and helped to keep the chain moving. Meeshia , Gemma and the team at Bairstow’s Mansfield have made letting a property out a dream. Dealing direct with the office team is great. The only mistake Bairstow’s did make was sun contracting some parts of their business to countrywide who hide behind computer generated emails, won’t speak to clients and generally rude. Bairstow’s team in house , Meeshia and Gemma especially are amazing , always going the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly . I have used Bairstowe Eves for the selling of my house, and it was sold within a week. Pretty much speaks for itself. They organized photos, floor plans and advertising. All of which were to a high standard. I had about 12 viewings in the space of 4 days, and had sold within a week! Communications on a daily basis, and no issues so far. I've only just sold, but I would expect this continue until we have completed as they seem professionals. Lauren has been looking after my sale. I think that she has gone above and beyond from what I would have expected her to. With dealing with my buyers, solicitors, house enquiries etc. There have been a number of challenges, and Lauren has dealt with them in an efficient and professional manner. I have had an amazing experience with Bairstow eves Mansfield. I had a nightmare experience with my previous letting agents and was going to do it alone, but didn’t want the stress. I approached Bairstow eves as a last saloon, not expecting much, but they have been brilliant. I’ve had no issues and no stress, they have just sorted everything for me and I couldn’t praise them enough. They have restored my faith in using lettings management agents.
