Jessica met me at the property I planned to let through Bairstow Eves. I found her to be very polite and helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the legal requirements which she communicated clearly. She was very clear regarding the different packages Bairstow Eves had to offer. After consideration I decided to go for the fully managed deal. She was very clear regarding the fees in relation to this which I found to be great value. It took 11 days from meeting Jessica at my property to a tenancy agreement being in place. She obtained what I would consider to be a very reasonable rental income. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received.

After trying to sell our property through an online agent and having a terrible experience, Lauren turned up on our doorstep and we are so grateful she did. After discussing our options with her we decided to list our property with Bairstow Eves and within a month we'd had twice as many viewings and had accepted an offer! Amber became out point of contact and was really helpful and friendly, in fact all the staff we dealt with have been incredibly helpful and kept us up to speed with every step. We would recommend Bairstow Eves Mansfield in a heartbeat!!

Six weeks after leaving the property that I rented for two years, and getting a checkout report stating that everything was fine and in accordance with the inventory, I still hadn’t received any of my deposit back. I told them I wanted to raise a complaint against them for this, and they followed up by accusing me of stealing a toaster! Be very careful if you have to deal with them - put everything in writing and insist that they do the same. They can’t be trusted. I also caught them letting themselves in when they thought nobody was there, twice!
