Amber Zygadlo at Bairstow Eves in Mansfield was excellent to work with. From the start, she really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to understand our needs. She offered helpful advice on different areas to consider and suggested properties for viewings that we might not have initially thought about, which was really valuable. Amber was also fantastic at following up and keeping in touch throughout the process. In fact, she was the only agent who consistently checked in with us, which made a big difference and showed a genuine commitment to helping us find the right property. We decided to use the Mansfield branch of Bairstow eves to sell our property. Amber was the allocated member of staff for our property. All the staff members were helpful and the phone was always answered promptly which is great when you have questions. She went above and beyond my expectations during a recent interaction. Was very hesitant when deciding which letting agency to use as have usually found that apart from collecting rent and informing you of any maintenance issues, their job is done. Our experience with Meeshia was on another level. She kept us fully informed throughout and worked with us. I chose Bairstow Eves above other Agents as I felt I would get excellent service after I met Kirsty Pilgrim. She came round to the house and I felt she would do her best to sell it and that her staff would too. Everyone I spoke to was extremely reassuring, friendly and professional. If I rang I could speak to someone with any questions I had. The viewings were arranged around me and Brandon dealt with most of these. He rang straight away with feedback. When the sale went ahead I was given a lot of support for form filling from Amber and Brandon. Then finally Melanie dealt very efficiently with sales progression. Me and my partner brought our first home after falling in love with the house listed by Mansfield Bairstow Eves. Amber was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! It definitely wasn’t a straight forward sale due to needing a probate and other extra legal documentation but she constantly was in contact with us, the vendors and both solicitors to keep pushing the sale through. Found Bairstow Eves through rentmove and zoopla. Reached out to them because one of their properties for rent was very appealing to me. Called them and we quickly set up a viewing date. On the day of the viewing, I met Jacob and Lucie. They were both friendly, patient, and made the viewing experience informative. Jacob was great with organising the paper work and sorted out payment (first week rent) on the same day to secure my room. When collecting my keys, I met Jacob again. I can tell Jacob was prepared with the paperwork, and showed respect to me and my guarantor. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, easy and stress-free.
