Then we came to bairstow and had a really positive experience with Ella. She was very informative and has been really helpful with the process. We recently sold our property through Bairstow Eves, Mansfield and we were very happy with the experience. From the moment of our valuation, we just had a sense that they were really passionate about the house and making sure it sold quickly, which it did. This was compared to the sterile and disassociated valuations performed by other estate agents. Throughout the whole process, Mollie was really helpful and worked really hard to get our property moving and then was really engaged in getting the offers we needed and supporting us through the whole process through to completion. The small team there meant that everyone in the office was up to speed on the process of our sale as well. We also had a fantastic experience with their in-house mortgage advisor, Ella, who was incredibly helpful throughout, especially with a lot of the complex financial and legal processes that we had to go through - we even got a new home card from her upon completion, a really thoughtful touch. Bairstow Eve is the worst in the Mansfield I have been with them for 4 months The house was unready when I moved in so reported on the portal to fix them They only sorted 2 issues after 3 months 4 of them still pending when I ring them, they just ignored me nicely I want upper management to see the matters urgently I had enough of that Only 4 months don’t think I can survive another 4 months Poorest service ever I have received in the UK I am frustrated with how they treating me even I asked them to pay rent by direct debit but they are not bothered Every time I ring them, they have excuse Please save the Mansfield Bairstow Eve branch

From first dealing with Kirsty Pilgrim to select an estate agent to work with, to working with Liam Bainbridge to sell my property and manage through to completion of the sale the service has been outstanding. This was not an easy completion process and Liam has been unfailingly polite with my continued chasing for progress updates and very proactive to provide me with information so that I could better understand any hold ups so that I would keep my nerve! The bottom of the chain was the problem (I was at the top of the chain) & Liam used all his connections and experience to provide me with the facts and helped to keep the chain moving. Whilst Liam was out of the office I was able to speak to other members of staff for updates - in my view a very well run office and my personal thanks to Liam for helping me to conclude the sale of my house. 17 May 2023 13:24 I was a first time buyer and knew very little of what was involved in buying a home. Kirsty was lovely, very easy to talk to. She understood my situation, laid everything out for me, explained in language I understood and was very patient. We talked through what I needed, she found me the best mortgage deal and discussed other things I hadn't necessarily thought about such as home and life insurance. Kirsty followed the progress of the purchase and just before completion managed to renegotiate the mortgage with the lender, getting better rates, excellent. Kirsty Ford really was invaluable and I would heartily recommend her.

I would just like to thank Beth Smith who works in the Mansfield Bairstrow Eves branch, and to give her the recognition she deserves. From the get go Beth honestly could not do enough for me and went above and beyond in every way. We had several set backs and without Lauren I've no idea how we would of coped, she was amazing going above and beyond for us, to both reassure and solve any issues that came along. Fantastic. (I sold my property). Everything ran so smoothly. Mollie was fantastic always happy to help, kept me informed the whole way through rang me as soon as the solicitor emailed me was always on it before I was. Fantastic experience with all the team. I would highly recommend the team at Mansfield. I will definitely use them again in the future. My mother sold her house with Bairstow Eves recently. The process was smooth and they made it really easy for my mother to manage. Kirsty Pilgrim came to do the appraisal. She put my mother at ease and gave a full explanation of the process, the state of the market and how best she thought it would be to market the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in her sales strategy. She also came armed with research of similar houses in the area and what they are selling for / sold for. All the viewings were arranged to take place over a 2 day period and they had a representative carry them out so my mother could just go out for the day and not have to stress about it. Once the offers came in and one was accepted Liam kept in contact with my mother and sister every single week to provide an update right until completion day. All in all a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them especially Kirsty on the appraisal, valuation and marketing side and Liam on the communication and completion side.

Some excellent customer service here, I liased with Beth on my big move from Cannock to Mansfield area, I had almost lost hope finding somewhere as I'd already been looking for 5 months prior to speaking with her. I have 2 pups and landlords have been so strict with a no pets rule recently then one day I found this lovely rental property with a good sized garden and a landlord that allowed my 2 rescue pups. I can't thank Beth enough for making this happen she was professional proactive with actioning things, I recieved a welcoming pack for my new place and the process of all paperwork and legal stuff was swift and managed to get the keys within 7days which is just what I needed after travelling back and forth to work everyday and petrol prices being absurd this has helped with my cost of travel greatly. I purchased my current house through Bairstow Eves in Mansfield, meeting Mollie Rowden at the property. She was knowlegable, professional and extremely helpful in showing me around the property. Points that I raised during the visit that she did not have the information to hand at the time. she contacted the vendor and rang me the following morning with information. The long drawn out conveyancing system that exists within the legal profession has been a bone of contention for years in purchase and sales. However Mollie kept me informed throughout chasing up both sets of solicitors in order to ensure a prompt and smooth transaction. During my life time I have bought and sold 8 houses and would say that working with Mollie from Bairstow Eves was the smoothest and less stressful than any other estate agents that I have been involved with. I was kept fully up to date both with phone calls and emails and were returned as promised. Professional friendly staff who look after their client.
