We’ve just completed on our purchase through bairstowe Eves. The process from day one was amazing. We were called about a property that Kirsty thought may be suitable and they booked the viewing asap. Ella arranged our mortgage for us and got us a great deal! She was fantastic throughout! Amber then took over from here and she was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went the extra mile to ensure we were updated throughout, making the process stress free. I was a bit sceptical with going to an estate agents to rent a home but I found them extremely professional. I am unable to walk and don't go outside, so going through the visits by family and details not by myself was very difficult. But Gemma Bailey was thorough in making sure I had all the information I required and kept in touch through email for everything. Any questions or concerns I had she informed and went through them until I either understood and felt satisfied. Therefore I have moved home and feel safe with her up to date and thoroughness in knowing everything we needed and had to do for the property. She was courteous and professional all the way. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent buy or let a home to go see Gemma, you won't be disappointed, just as we weren't. Thank you Bairstowe Eves and Gemma!

Bairstow Eves really are the best option for selling your house quickly and with no fuss. Lauren came out initially and gave us a valuation - she is knowledgeable, professional and really inspires confidence. Once our property was on the market we were dealing with Amber as our sales negotiator. What a breath of fresh air! No nonsense, very pleasant and down to earth. At the beginning of the year my wife and I began the task of finding our forever home. After 5 months of stress and heartache we have found our house. Now, while we didn't find our house with Bairstow Eves I still feel the need to write a review. We have had dealings with pretty much every estate agent in the district and one person stood head and shoulders above the rest. Darbi is a true credit. She was friendly, professionally and endlessly helpful. She was in contact on a regular basis to keep us updated with available properties but also to check on us. I have nothing but praise and if we ever decide to move Darbi will be my first port of call.

Our estate agent, Phoebe, was absolutely amazing! She had such a kind, friendly and bubbly personality which made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Very poor sales service team. They don't answer the phone or return my phone messages. And when you do finally speak to someone they will happily argue with you. They ignored my emails. The valuation. They did their sales pitch told me they had 4 or 5 potential people that may be interested. Once i signed the contract they was not interested, I asked them to do the viewings. I ended up doing the 1 viewing myself, a mix up in appointments apparently. They managed to get 1 person through my door in over 3 mths. Ive given them 28 days notice to cancel my contract, and still they cannot be bothered to advertised my property in the last 28 days. Totally rude staff and a utterly poor service.
