Great experience so far. Bairstow Eves Mansfield are professional and are clearly passionate about selling houses. Following the initial consultation with Grace, our house was on the market in a couple of days and sold in less than 24 hours at an asking price that was in line with the market value. Courtney actively marketed the property to serious potential buyers and we received an offer (that we accepted) following the first viewing. I would highly recommend! I would also recommend going with their partner conveyancers who use an online portal for reviewing legal documents and uploading evidence. I originally enquired on letting out a property with Bairstowe Eves two years ago at their Mansfield branch, where I met Meesha - she followed up with me regularly to check on my property preparation progress (as it needed upgrading) and if I needed her branch’s help with acquainting me with contractors for it’s renovations or help with dealing with the inherited tenancy. She wasn’t fazed by the problems I had after purchasing the property at auction but rather encouraged me through them...I managed to find a reliable contractor through a repair invoice that was levied for a different property under a different location nearby managed by Bairstowe Eves and their partners did an outstanding job - so I benefited from their network. The branch is helpful whenever I make contact and special credits to Meesha and Harriet, whom I feel is their star representatives and have a great professional friendship with. Irrespective of any problems one faces as a landlord, the branch is always ready and prompt to help! Can recommend

There are too many people to thank, there's Kirsty, Mollie, Courtney and of course Lauren, if I have forgotten somebody, apologies! If it wasn't for Lauren, we would never have got to the stage of viewing the property, she took on board our particular circumstances and she made it her goal to connect us with this property, answering all questions and bestowing the benefits of this investment. Bairstow Eves were exemplary from start to finish - at one stage I wondered whether we needed to pay them commission for the service they were providing, even though we were not the vendor! The attention to detail, the updates, the advice, the consistency of service, for all I know, all these ladies could have been the same person, they were that focused on making sure the buying process was as painless as possible. Thank you again all and I'm pretty sure there must be some men that were involved too, so thank you (unless you have a partner agency where all the men work called Bairstow Adams!)

Book a week in advance to view 3 properties. Cash buyer! Get to the first property ten minutes go by no one turns up. I call the office and they have lost the keys to two out of the three properties I’m told! No one thought to contact me! Really poor! Avoid this place at all cost!

Bairstowes recently sold my property and I was very impressed with their professional and enthusiastic team. Nothing was too much and their marketing and sales skills were exceptional. They really do put 110% into researching, marketing and selling your home. Within 2 weeks we had received a number of different offers and the house was sold. Pretty good experience with buying a home from them. A couple of things could be improved: 1. If someone is gone for a day or two, then automatically passing emails on to a colleague would be better than sending an automated reply saying you aren't there, thus having to find the email address of one of your colleagues to resend to. 2. It would be great if you handled the whole move beginning to end, rather than stopping short of making keys available to the buyer at the property. Luckily the vendor left some keys hidden for us in her large garden, but if I'd had to call into town to get the keys that would have made an already very stressful day even worse, as we had three removals vehicles to deal with and I was also towing something large which would have meant parking anywhere remotely near the estate agents in the town centre would have been practically impossible. I would have been happy to pay a small fee for the keys to be handed over at the property if necessary with confirmation of my ID with driving licence etc. Anything to reduce the stress of the day rather than further add to it.

Seen a property to let on rightmove out of office hours so emailed the agent to arrange a viewing, got a call back so I said I'm interested and would like to take a look and was told they needed some further details so they emailed me what they needed, I emailed back all the info and waited.... Heard nothing so I called them the day after before they closed to see if they had received the info and arrange a viewing only to be told viewings are the day after so I asked for a after work slot but they were all taken so I'm thinking why did they not call me about viewings on the property I expressed and interest in? And all the time being told of other similar properties that I wasn't interested in which they would have know if they read the info they asked me for. The girl said there would be further viewings and the house was popular and won't be going first come first served due to this so I could arrange a viewing another day and it would be no problem, Then the girl asked if she could give me a call in the morning to sort something as they were about to close, I said OK then went home and talked to my partner and figured out we could actually go to the morning viewings and I could shut my shop for a hour to do so, first thing in the morning before they opened I emailed saying the morning was possible so if I could get the morning call that was arranged first thing then we could arrange it asap, never got a call.... I emailed again and I finally got a reply saying viewings were over and they expected someone would sign for it that day and they would let me know about that and other similar properties... So something as simple as going for a look at a property seemed all but impossible for this letting agents and for the extortionate fees they charge to apply for these houses on top of high rental prices you really would expect a more professional service and to be treated a lot better
