Kirsty has gone above and beyond! Not only doing her job but the solicitors as well, she has been supportive, extremely motivated to get this sale done! We couldn't have done it without her... Fenn Wright are very lucky to have this woman on their team!!! Ami and Jo have also had their parts to play, they were also extremely helpful and polite... After a very negative house search and experience of a few other agents! I will hand on heart recommend Fenn Wright for any house purchase or sale, you want Kirsty in your corner.... Thank you

From the very start of our home search, the service received from Fenn Wright has been amazing. We have just exchanged on our new home and have nothing but good things to say about the service we received whilst viewing homes and through-out the purchase. Phil (sales) and Hannah (progression) were always on hand when we had questions and ensured that the process was a quick, efficient and as pain-free as possible. We always got friendly and quick responses, which made us feel at ease during the whole process. Thank you!

I always knew I would use Fenn Wright when the time came to sell and I wasn't disappointed. First Phil, then Kirsty have been amazing. Kirsty especially has gone over and above to get us to completion. In fact I was kept more informed by her than I was by my solicitor and the agent we were buying through. Incredible service. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

The service we have received from Fenn Wright has been second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and can't do enough to help. We had some difficulties with our purchase as there were some hurdles to overcome but Kirsty King supported us every step of the way and did all she could to get our purchase over the line. We couldn't be more grateful and will definitely be going back to Fenn Wright if we are looking to sell in the future.

We cannot recommended fenn wright more highly, we found a house before ours was on the market and Phil did all he could to sell our home to the get the house we could see so much potential in. He communicated with us regularly, gave advice and overall just fantastic. Kelsey in the sales progression was just as amazing and kept in refuel at contact pushed everything through and deserves so much praise for the work she does. Thank you fenn wright

I’d never rented with them before and after my experience with the Colchester branch I certainly. After what I can only call blackmail tactics to force our rent up well above the rate of inflation and a refusal to return us to a yearly contract. Having been called a good tenant they refused to give us a reference when we wanted to move because of frankly despicable behaviour. We never had issues like this wort the previous agents.

Thanks to Brexit and Covid it took some time to sell my apartment but Fenn Wright continued to market my flat all through this period until a successful sale took place. I was very pleased with their professionalism, resilience and good advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We decided to put our property in Colchester on the market with two estate agents and Fenn Wright had marketed the property and found a buyer before the other estate agent had even been to our property to take photographs! Once the offer was accepted the sale was completed in 12 weeks. We had 3 estate agents come to our property to give us a valuation and Fenn Wright stood out with their impressive statistics. They were very prepared for the appointment and gave the impression that they are serious about the service they offer which was supported by their level of service throughout the process. Very happy with the service received and would recommend to all property sellers.

Great Estate Agents. Nothing negative to say. Paul and Phil in the sales team were great. Kirsty in the progression team was also fantastic- she kept us up to date and informed each week of where we were at, chasing up and down the chain and ironing out the niggles to get us over the finishing line. Very disappointed with recent contact with branch in Essex. Enquired about a property and was told it was sold so my questions were not answered. In the next 2 weeks the property came back on the market and yet no one thought I was hot enough a sales lead to be contacted again. Very poor organisation and sales technics especially as I was very interested in the property concerned. Wouldn’t engage with them for a property again due to lack of attention to detail.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Chris was professional and very factual, and had good advice about the area. Shannon went above and beyond constantly throughout the tricky process of a large chain, keeping everyone informed and facilitating everyone involved. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Don’t think I’ve ever bothered to write a negative review about anything before but this is well needed. I rented a property through this company for two years and it was the worst experience ever. They never dealt with a single issue I raised promptly, they made my end of tenancy exit hell, their constant lack of communication resulted in me ending up out of pocket despite me requesting information for end of tenancy information two months prior to which I had no response. They were extremely efficient at communication when they were collecting funds and other issues that benefited them but conveniently ignored my plea for action due to having to throw away half of my furniture due to mould damage from internal walls (this was not the first mould related issue I had raised about this property). The two young lads I spoke to on the odd occasion are the only reason I wouldn’t plea for this review to have 0 stars. I have requested contact information for HO in order to raise a formal complaint. Horrific company and will never be using them again.

I cannot recommend Fenn Wright’s highly enough. From the perspective of a buyer, they’ve been nothing short of brilliant. They’ve managed my expectations clearly throughout the whole process, from offer to completion. And, what would normally be viewed as a fairly stressful experience, the conveyancing process has been smooth sailing throughout. In particular, Kirsty King, who has been in weekly contact with status updates and actions, as well as managing all parties involved. She’s really gone above and beyond to help the process through to completion, and her knowledge, experience and willingness to help is a credit to Fenn Wright’s. I would have absolutely no hesitation buying again through Fenn Wright, or indeed listing through them.
