Companies are only as good as their people and Kirsty really stood out, giving us scheduled updates and extra calls if certain events happened. She also gave us advice and suggestions that were really helpful. Our experience showed that all the negative comments heard about estate agents are not always true!

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.

GoogleI had a really good experience recently selling my flat through Fenn Wrights at Manningtree. Ryan initially viewed the property and gave me confidence as he really knew the flats well and therefore gave me a realistic price. there was good communication throughout from Carla and others at the Mannigtree branch and they even helped me reassuring me and putting me in touch with a mortgage advisor when my mortgage with Santander fell through. GoogleWe sold and purchased using Fenn Wright Manningtree and I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. We were kept informed at all times, updated on progress and advised accordingly as and when different situations occurred (as they do in the buying and selling process). Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like every call and enquiry were welcome, and explanations of processes given at each stage as and when required. We encountered one or two issues with our seller's estate agent (another company in the village) which eventually began to impact on the entire process; Fenn Wright advised us accordingly and we were able to resolve their issues (even though it was not Fenn Wright's responsibility to do so!). They did everything they could to meet a deadline we had in mind, and I am delighted to say we exchanged and completed very quickly once ready. We have continued to seek their advice and guidance with regards to future purchases since we envisage another move in a few years, they have been happy to advise accordingly and remain friendly and approachable beyond our relationship with the purchase and sale. I have no hesitation recommending Tony and his team at Fenn Wright Manningtree.

GoogleExcellent. Experienced and it shows. The team led by Tony know the market well and pricing within the local areas and importantly the team pitch prices at the right estimate in our view. Great communicators. Great at bringing in potential buyers and then following up with them and us as sellers. So much better than the local agent frankly who seem to consistently pitch the prices too high. You also mention key pieces in your details which are critical e.g. pubs, restaurants, schools, train stations etc. Total respect to you Tony and thank you for making this whole sale stress free and win-win for all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend you as agents to family and friends.
