GoogleWhen we rented a house through them, heating stopped working couple of times in winter and it took them weeks to arrange for a repair! Also when we left the house, we cleaned everywhere. Handed the keys and after we left the agent had moved wardrobes that had been there for years and took a picture of dust behind them! They deducted a huge sum from the deposit for cleaning something that was there for years even before we get there!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe just left one of their properties, and have seen that they have made deductions in the deposit for the most unreasonable reasons ie. replacing light bulbs. We explained when we left that we left light bulbs there for two places that we simply could not change ourselves due to a previous tenant or property maintenance company sealing them in and us not wanting to cause damage by changing them ourselves. I mentioned this to the person from their company, and she said that we should have sainsubmitted a maintenance request, which we didn't do due to us not knowing it was an issue until we were leaving and wanting to replace them.
Another ridiculous charge was for discolouration of the sealant on the sink/bath which I have evidence was already there, and so I have sent this over to both them and the company doing the arbitrating.
As you can imagine I have obviously disputed these out of principle.
I am very disappointed after a mostly happy stay. I think if you are a landlord it is a great company, but if a tenant I advise looking for other options.
