I’m also very happy to read that you are pleased with our new process for reporting maintenance at your property, as we hope it gives complete recording/logging of issues raised coupled with the option to take pictures to accompany the report to enable us to transfer the information to the relevant contactor and have the issue resolved swiftly! We hope this new method continues to give transparency to you as a tenant and also for the landlord too.
