GoogleI have been chatting with Samuel to work with him in securing a rental properly for myself. He has been a delight to work with. So patient, so clear, so kind and so understanding. While my mind was variable , Sam was clear, that I need to find an apartment as comfortable as it can get for me and I'm glad I was able to in the end. I highly recommend Sam as your agent to find your next rental property.

GoogleKatie was super friendly and took a human approach to the letting game which is such a rarity. She took a personal tone and lead with empathy. I think we need more Katie’s in the letting game, however, I’ve always had a good experience with We Let Properties in fairness!! Thanks for helping me secure another letting with you guys, ups and downs but blissfully quick and easy to arrange a viewing etc!! Christmas come early for me!

GoogleI had an excellent experience during my flat search with Jaye and Sam. Both were very informative, approachable and highly efficient. Jaye kindly waited for me for thirty minutes when I got stuck in traffic and showed me the place with enthusiasm and professionalism. They both had a genuinely kind attitude and provided smooth, supportive service. Highly recommended!

She made the whole process from organising a viewing, to placing an offer, swift and painless. Her thoroughness hasn’t gone unnoticed and we are grateful how quickly she made everything happen with her tight admin and organisation skills. GoogleGood experience until it came to moving out... Having dealt with previous greedy landlords / estate agents, we were determined to leave this property in tip-top shape and get our deposit back. We cleaned the apartment for 5 days straight and made all fixes. On return of the keys Maria was extremely unpleasant and turned her nose up at me when I said the property was cleaned by us and not a professional cleaner (bearing in mind, a landlord cannot request a tenant to pay for a professional clean at the end of a tenancy, it must just be returned in the condition it was in when we received it, which it was.) Unsurprisingly, despite claims that they do not wish to take our deposit from us, Maria got back to me following the inspection and charged us for a full clean of the property and £45 to change ONE light bulb. When we disputed this on DPS, they then added an EXTRA £130 for petty things, like loose handles, peeling paint, and cracks all of which were there when we moved in and REPORTED by me at the START of the tenancy, you can even see the broken things they're trying to charge us for in the MOVE IN INVENTORY (They literally put them in the inventory themselves and still tried to make out like we were the ones to break it, make it make sense) Do not believe their claims to have the tenants best interest at heart, they are just like any other estate agency clutching at straws and trying to get any last penny out of tenants.

GoogleI rented a property from WeLet for approx. 2 years in the centre of Manchester. I had a pretty good experience from start to finish and would recommend them as an agent. Emma was a star in helping me search for a property and finding somewhere that worked well for me. The pre-tenancy checks were pretty smooth and not too much hassle. Tracy was my property manager and dealt with maintenance issues quickly and efficiently when they arose and was always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. They work with some really nice third party contractors who were always pleasant and actually fixed problems rather than just patching things up. I renewed once and they were happy to negotiate on the rental increase which was helpful and appreciated. Overall a good tenant experience and would have no hesitation in recommending them as an agent.

GoogleTravelled from Halifax to Manchester only to be shown around squalor. Filthy, fixtures and fittings all needed to be replaced, shower didn’t turn on . Property was Abito Greengate . Perhaps this is not representative of some of other properties in your portfolio but this should potentially be dropped by you . Can’t imagine anyone living in a property for £825 pcm in this frightful condition . Company should be called We Let Properties Go if this is what they have on offer .
Good morning Mary, Following your review and comments, I can only assume you are the applicants parent/guardian who viewed the property as your details are not on our CRM system. in any event, I'm perplexed to understand how We Let Properties can be held responsible for the condition of how a tenant is living. As a managing agent of properties, we have a fantastic portfolio of properties and conscientious landlords, with this in mind the tenant of this property has been given notice to vacate the property for not adhering to the tenancy agreement. With our great reputation in Manchester we always hand our properties over in good condition and you could have rest assured, we would have actioned any conditions of offer should you/ your son have placed one forward. I see you are a conscientious parent/ guardian, as I have read your other 1 star review you left for a business that did not reply to your son when he dropped of his CV at a pub, however I fail to understand how we are responsible to warrant a 1star review.
