Absolutely false advertising on a property Amicas House, Ecclestone At, WA10It's advertised as a 4 bedroom flat to rent. The pictures make it look like a real nice flat, when infact it's just a room, with a communal kitchen. It's very modern and clean, but it's basically just a room.Very disappointed with this missleading advertisement on Rightmove.

Useless, appalling customer service. Take months to action any repairs needed on the property! Reported 3 months in and did not begin work until the week before I moved out. Now 3 weeks after moving out, no sign of my deposit being returned with multiple promises of a call back from property management but none followed through! Quick enough to receive your money but no hope in getting it back! Avoid!

Googleworst agency. Do not make the mistake to go with them. Also I rather be homeless then deal with Matthew (one of their realtors). Was promised several things upon signing, however nothing was fulfilled. Whenever I messaged Matthew about issues or followed up on concerns, he didn’t reply back. Eventually he blocked my number on WhatsApp. The only communication they were on top of was for rental payments or any other costs I incurred.

I lived in one of their houses in Salford, the house itself wasn’t that bad but the price they charged was way too high. The quality of their service was terrible, whenever we had an issue they took ages to respond and the system they used (I can’t remember the name of the app) was completely useless no issues were dealt with. We had mice, damp and a leak from one of the showers. None of these issues were sorted for over 2 weeks after each was raised with the agents. The account manager who I won’t name was always reasonably friendly in person and whenever you could get hold of him on the phone but over email was short and sometimes rude. If you do want a good agent in Salford look at Thorpe and co. They were easily the best landlords I’ve dealt with in my four years at the uni of Salford and couldn’t recommend highly enough.
