As a landlord, looking for properties to be well maintained with an honest and conscientious managing agent, I couldn't recommend UKRR more highly. GooglePoor quality housing, poor quality service, only interested in making money not actually being responsible to tenants. Threaten charges for absolutely anything they can make up, don't respond when you challenge them on it, don't respond to requests to return the deposit. Don't rent from them if you can avoid it.

We have found UK rooms form rent disorganised an money grabbing to an absurd degree. After an agreement to transfer a holding deposit to a different property was made they reneged on the agreement and withheld the deposit when THEY double booked the room and could not fulfil the contract.

Unfortunately didn't end up with a room from them (not the company or staff members fault) but the customer service was stella from the start. Unlike other companies, they also returned my holding deposit almost immediately, allowing me to continue looking without delay. 10/10, will consider again.

Very bad..there was no electricity once my cousin started staying in their accommodation.made many calls and messages,there was no replay and exactly at 17.00 they closed their office.and there was no answer to their emergency number as well!!!!!. Interestingly very keen on their paper works.worst ever service...
