GoogleDoesn't even let me choose no stars! Communication is non exsistant unless they are chasing you! They don't carry out repairs when requested (request a repair when moved in and 18months later moving out still not done)!! Steer well clear!!! Wonder if the directors condom this?

GoogleImpossible to get in contact with, have tried calling multiple staff members 6 or 7 times and they never pick up. No inventory provided for new letting, nor walk through of the new property. High agency fee's plus referencing fees for what?

GoogleUseless, useless, useless. Never answer phones, no communication, issues with the property go unfixed for weeks or even months since they don't bother to report anything to the landlord. They deserve 0 stars if I could - avoid at all costs.

GoogleHorrible service. Horrible horrible horrible service. After I signed the contract for two weeks, they still don't give me the door fob. And I asked for many times by email and call. They still didn't solve any problems.

GoogleI would avoid this company at all costs....some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Our house issues took months to resolve, if you have a choice please do not have anything to do with this company.

GoogleI emailed Matthew Scarborough who works at Thornley Groves about a maintenance query and it was resolved within the same day which was amazing. They did a great job and were very helpful and polite.

GoogleDidn't show up to a viewing then lied about cancelling. If they can't arrange a viewing I wouldn't trust them to look after you as a tenant. Not recommended
