GoogleThe shoddiest estate agent ever. Absolutely apalled at the communication. Over a single issue i phoned them 25 times, repeatedly told i would recieve call backs and never received even one. They never respond to emails either. I ended up making a complaint to their head office and i finally received a response: excuses from the Salford branch. Workers also let themselves into your property.

GooglePerfectly happy with Thornley Groves as letting agents for my property at Sportcity. They provide a realistic rental evaluation, and are proactive in marketing and finding tenants, and then ensure the move-out-move-in process is managed smoothly minimising void time. They have a great inventory clerk in Holly. Property management team seem to be good as well, identifying what needs to be done, sourcing quotes and undertaking work required.

GoogleThornley Groves is perfect if you want all your calls/emails to be completely ignored. If you somehow manage to arrange a booking don't assume that means they will turn up!

GoogleI have had issues with this office specifically but I cannot complain as they do take responsibility for errors that occur on their behalf and there will always be someone within Thornley Groves that will get issues resolved. Their properties are all generally lovely and at good rates. They genuinely try their best to accommodate to professional house sharers unlike many other Manchesters estate agents.

GoogleWorkmen will let themselves in without prior permission, the company will breach the tenancy agreement, getting your deposit back will be a long and drawn out battle and they will charge fees for anything you ask them to do. This is aside from the work they say they will carry out which never happens. Avoid at all costs!!!
